Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Travelerā€™s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Sofas, really need to be cleaned, really didnā€™t want to sit on them! Kitchen has 5 spoons and we had a group of 12.. totally unacceptable for the rental price. No blender.. finally just went out and bought one! I thought we had a private beach in front of house! You donā€™t unless you set up at 7 am! But God gave us fantastic weather

Great and Bad

Great house on the gulfā€¦.location A, floor plan A, views A. House was clean and nice. The bad is that the Air Conditioning went out on the main floor (family room, kitchen, dining, and one bedroom. Was out for a day and a half. Portable unit brought in, but the bedroom was miserably hot. HVAC showed up Monday and fixed in 5 minutes, maintenance was working on the wrong air handling unit. Beyond Blue Vacations said the manager would contact us on Tuesday about an adjustment, but he never did. The left the portable unit sitting in the family room for the rest of our stay.In summaryā€¦.house is greatā€¦ā€¦Beyond Blue Vacations service was very disappointing.

Beautiful home with spacious rooms. The location on a quiet street and on the point is peaceful. Wonderful views ,private neighborhood. The management company was so helpful with anything that was needed at the house. I called about dull knives and the old can opener ,they came over with new knife set and can opener. Iā€™ve never had that happen before. Amazing !we will come back !

The location is simply wonderful. The beach views were just amazing. The house itself was very clean. I was disappointed in the couch, which was white and unclean and the dry clean only pillows, which were worse for where. After I covered the couch with a clean blanket, we had a wonderful time.

Best Location in Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want to have a relaxing vaca this is the place for you. The view is amazing, you can watch the boats come thru the pass each morning from a totally unobstructed view. Only a few steps to the beach and close to stores for shopping. You literally cross Hwy 98 at the red light and you can shop for food while avoiding all of the traffic on Hwy 98. Also the best restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, is on Holiday Isle so no need to fight the traffic. There is also a mexican restaurant and sandwich shop on Holiday Isle so again no need to fight the traffic. All of the beds were comfy and the outdoor furniture was very nice and comfortable. We have stayed in this house three times and I would not hesitate to book it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Destin area is truly beautiful and the location of the home is really great. The 6/10 rating could easily be a 9 or 10, but it was evident that this home is not very well taken care of. We called the rental folks several times and they were polite, responsive and fixed most of our immediate concerns, but some of these things should have never made it to our visit. For the cost of this high end rental we would have expected everything to be in good working order. The following were a few of the things we noticed while on our visit,-One of the entry doors was broken and could not be opened-All of the glass doors and windows looking out onto the ocean were covered in grime. You could tell where someone half attempted to wash them, but it was a failed (not even trying) type of attempt. This is the first thing we saw upon entering the main floor and honestly it was a bit heart breaking. -7 of the 10 chairs on the porch were either ripped or bent to a degree that no-one wanted to sit on them. These are heavy duty steel & fabric chairs and there is no way that someone from the rental company hadn't seen this in the past. For the cost of the unit, replace the darn chairs !!-It appeared that there was a nice electric fireplace, surround sound system, etc. but there weren't any directions on how to use anything. We've been in our share of very nice rental properties and 9 out of 10 have some instruction on how to use the equipment.-The shower in the bunk room did not work but was fixed promptly when we spoke with the rental company.-Pots and pans are nearly non existent and the ones that are there are unusable. We went out and bought a new pan and left it at the rental for the next group of renters.-This house is in a very nice private gated community with some amenities, like pools and shuffle board. It would have been nice to have some literature inside the rental related to these amenities and maybe

Beach Oasis

We enjoyed the privacy in the neighborhood and beach. We used all five bedrooms and never felt crowded. Very nice living area. We had access to the hot tub, which was very nice on the chili spring nights. Wonderful location for restaurants.

The home was directly on the water and it was stunning. We had our own access to the beach and it could not have been any better. Home was well equipped for the Thanksgiving meal needs. The beds were very comfortable and the decor tastefully done. We have been traveling to Destin for 20 years and this is by far the nicest home we have ever rented. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back again!!

Family vacation

Pipe Dream was a great place at the perfect location. The property manager responded in a timely manner to the one question we had (with the tv). Plenty of bedrooms and space to hold everyone at all ages. The living area and kitchen/dining were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of counter space. The main deck was great for lounging in the shade and for visiting. The elevator was very useful for getting luggage to the bedrooms. The best amenities were the location with its private beach access and special ice maker with ice for drinks. We will stay here again!

Fabulous week with extended family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful home offered a way for our extended family to really be TOGETHER for a week at the beach.
