La Mer - Spectacular Beachfront Luxury Home with Pool and Beach Service!

Welcome to “La Mer", a new gulf-front luxury vacation rental in Destin/Miramar Beach, Florida! Boasting a premier, gulf-front location, six immaculate bedrooms that all offer gulf views, sleeping accommodations for up to 16 guests, a private splash pool, and views of the Gulf of Mexico that span for miles. From March - October, 2 Umbrellas and 6 Beach Chairs are set up daily. *Two dogs are permitted with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.

Passing through the first floor entryway, guests will make their way up to the second floor where they will find the gulf front, open floor plan living area. The gourmet kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas range. Off of the kitchen lies the dining area while additional seating is available at barstools along the kitchen counter or on the private balcony. The living room is complete with a large couch, two arm chairs, a skirted swivel chair, and a flat screen TV. A half bath services the second-floor living area. A Queen Suite with an en suite bath rounds out the second floor space.

The third floor houses two additional suites, the first of the home’s two bunk rooms, and a laundry nook. The gulf-front Master Suite is complete with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a flat screen TV, private balcony access, and an en suite Master Bath with dual sinks and a standalone shower. Down the hall, a gulf-view Queen Suite offers spacious sleeping accommodations and an en suite bath. The first of the home’s two bunk rooms sleeps four on a set of single-over-full bunks and includes an en suite full bath. The third floor laundry nook is complete with stacked, front-loading Whirlpool appliances.

On the fourth floor, guests will find an additional bunk room, a Queen Suite, a second laundry room, and an additional entertainment area which is serviced by a half bath. The secondary living room offers stunning views, flat screen TV, comfortable seating (which converts to a trundle bed), a wet bar, and bar top table with seating for four. Perfect for teenagers to hang out, or for families to get away for some quiet time. The fourth-story Queen Suite features a queen-sized bed and a full, adjoined bath with a standalone shower. The fourth floor bunk room is complete with a set of single-over-full bunks and an en suite full bath. A second laundry nook with stacked Whirlpool appliances is also located on the fourth story.
