Everything was great, I would definitely be back. It's so many rooms we had a slight issue with hot water on the 2nd and 3rd floor and maybe some handicap accessible things for the shower and getting in.

i am 74 years old both me and my wife have problems with stairs and if you want to get into this cabin be ready to climb stairs. all the tvs were out of wack it didn't matter they only offer tubie if you can get a tv to work right. you have to bring your own channels we could not lock the door when we went out because the only way me and my wife had to get in was in the back door. oh the drive way is not like the picture. if your not a good driver you might need a tow truck. keep in mind this is an oldman talking. all the young people thougt it was great. and if you come to see bears this is the place we counted atleast 7 they will break into your car if you don't lock it my granddaughter did twice. and when we got ready to leave they didn't want us to go. they just lay around the drive. if your old get another cabin, but if your young and don't mind stairs this is the best.

The cabin is not handicapped friendly at all. It was pretty clean. The furniture is old and some pieces were falling apart. Overall it was ok.

Bear-y Good Stay

We traveled with 14 students, 3 teachers, and a 20 month old for a school field trip for a 6 day stay in the mountains. The kids loved the cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was seamless and efficient. The kitchen facilities were clean and well stocked with all the things you need to prepare a meal. The internet was great no issues. Everything we did was within minutes of the cabin and very accessible to everything, Overall was a great experience. I would highly recommend for your stay!

First I’d like to say the views are amazing! The location and surroundings are very peaceful the cabin is huge everything was super clean and the hosts were super responsive anytime we had a question.

Perfect Spot

This was a great cabin to host a big group and is in a great location. Located in a pretty private environment but still just a short drive away from all the action. Hosts were very responsive and everything was set up perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

Stay in Gatlinburg

There were some initial issues with the WiFi and the hot tub was not operational (which the property manager had communicated in advance), but besides that, we had a great stay at the house. The location was fantastic and the house was definitely big!

Great family trip

Thank you Justin and Kari for letting us use your beautiful cabin for our trip. We had an amazing time. The property was very clean and organized. We would recommend that if you have a big family to stay here.

The host was very good at communicating and giving all information needed. The place was wonderful. The only problem we had was the refrigerator never worked properly while we were there. However, the host did reimburse us for groceries that went bad. We would stay at this venue again in the future. We saw bears just about every day we were there.

There was no huge issues with the place; there just was a lot of little annoying things. Just some - 1 dish towel and no dish rags, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 leaking dishwasher, 3 dishwasher tabs for 4 nights, a door that does not seal off an uninsulated room (making the entire first floor really cold), no physical copy of the house guide (the online is really not helpful for the particulars of a property)... Would I stay there again? Yea, but I would have to bring more housekeeping supplies from home.

Great Cabin for Groups

Our large group really enjoyed staying in this cabin. Justin was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire stay. The cabin is gorgeous, spacious, and very close to the strip. It also had plenty of space to park multiple vehicles. We would recommend any sizable group looking for a place to stay in Gatlinburg to truly consider this one.

Beautiful house, lots of privacy, well maintained

Large house, lots of deck space. The check-in process was a bit difficult as we didn't get directions until after arrival, but overall a very good experience. Would go back for sure!

Staff business trip

Everything was as shown and as expected. Very nice cabin, with very nice, remote, quiet feel, while still a very close, short, easy drive into town (even bike-able or walkable in nice weather). Getting our visit by the bears was an awesome experience and highlight to the stay!

Amazing cabin

My Family and I really enjoyed this property, very spacious and comfy, it makes you feel in a loving home, it has everything you need and more! The kitchen was very stoked with everything you need for those that likes to cook, all bedrooms has their on bathrooms which to me is a super win. Great location, Just like 4min from the downtown. For sure my family and I created beautiful memories in this house!

The house itself was lovely and in a great location - just about a 20 minute walk from the main strip. Everyone had plenty of space and the rooms were all large. We also enjoyed watching the neighborhood bears too!The only main hiccup was that the fridge/freezer did not cool the entire 3 days we were there. There was a notice on it that said it could take up to 8 hours to fully cool, but even the ice we had in the freezer melted on the 2nd day we were there.However, we had a wonderful time and would definitely book this home again!
