Located in a well-established Athens neighborhood, behind GA Square Mall. Plenty of space to go around, and can sleep up to 18, or even 22 with provided blow-up Queen air beds! This was truly a labor of love and we thank all the early bookers that enjoyed & praised our efforts in the home! That being said, while pictures are "worth a thousand words", let me paint that picture for you with words....As you drive up to this cozy split-level home you will have a 2-car garage for your use, along with an extended side gravel area for extra guest parking or that tailgating RV! Walking up to the front door, you are greeted by a covered porch, complete with a relaxing swivel rocking chair settee--perfect for a morning cup o' joe with that special someone! As you step inside, you are welcomed with an Open Concept Kitchen & Dining Space. An array of seating choices awaits you; from our oversized main dining table to our breakfast nook table off the kitchen, or you can saddle up on one of the barstools at the kitchen counter! The kitchen will be upgraded with stainless steel appliances, and soothing, nature-inspired decor throughout! Ready to watch the game? Make your way to the lower-level Family Room, complete with 65" TV, a sectional sleeper sofa w/ pullout Queen bed (enhanced gel foam mattress--no less!), and a gas fireplace to warm the cockles of your heart! Games and books flank either side of the tv wall, to tickle your intellectual senses as well! Is it a gorgeous fall night outside? Make your way out the patio door to a Gi-Normous (16x20) party deck out back! This backyard oasis would not be complete without TWO comfy seating sectionals, a separate dining space, and a Beautiful Live Edge Bartop railing overlooking the lush forest beyond! And don't be surprised if you have four-legged visitors spying on you from the trees--especially around sunset! Do you have a friend or family member that considers themselves "King of the Grill"? Make your way down the stairs to our "not-so-small ground level, or what we like to call the BBQ Deck! Bench style seating surround the Natural Gas Grill, so that you can keep your chef company! Or make your way out to the grass area for a rousing game of cornhole (game included)! Got a little dirty from those sticky ribs and your friendly competition? We have a large laundry room off the garage & kitchen; equipped with not one set, but TWO sets of washers & dryers for those large family gatherings! Too cold or wet to relax outside? Or maybe one group wants to watch something different from the other group? Come on down to the Basement level, or better known as the Media Room. Here we offer another full sectional (also equipped with gel foam Queen pullout bed), another 65" TV, a full 4-piece bathroom; and by the end of Oct., it will also include a 2nd full kitchen--perfect for extended holiday stays! Direct, easy access to the previously mentioned BBQ deck off this level!
Tired after too much fun? Or maybe you want to send the kiddos to bed? Off the main Family Room we offer their own separate "Deer" inspired sleeping quarters that includes two, 4-person bunk beds, so that you can easily sleep 8 in this room (250lb. weight on the top bunks & trundles; and up to 350lbs. on the Double lower bunks). Go ahead and bring those game controllers that your kids (or maybe even you) can't seem to live without! This room is also equipped with a 50" TV, and 2 comfy gaming chairs. For those midnight trips to the potty, we've included a large, no-fight, 2-sink adjoining bathroom! Are you finally ready to call it a night yourselves? Unwind on our 3rd level in one of 3 bedrooms. The "Sunflower Room" & "HoneyBee Room" both offer Queen size beds and a shared bathroom--again with the no-fight, 2-sink convenience. Our "BlueJay Room" is also the Master Bedroom. It boasts a King size bed, its own 50" TV, and a private (yes, 2-sink) En-suite bath with walk-in shower! Of course, all linens, toiletries, kitchenware, and almost anything you could possibly think of are included; so that no matter what you've come to Athens for, all you need to bring is your clothes, food, and most important--LEAVE YOUR STRESSES BEHIND!

1. "Property Damage Protection" is offered by VRBO / HomeAway, but is NOT required. Nor can it be substituted in lieu of the "Refundable Damage Deposit" that is required.

2. The No Pet & No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Any evidence of a pet or smoking (inside the home), from the walk-thru at check out, will automatically require a forfeit of 15% - 100% of the Damage Deposit.
