SPRING Season: welcome the warming months in the mountains! Pull out the fishing pole, motorcycle, and hiking boots. Check out the apple blossoms and first crops coming out of the fields.

SUMMER Season: the farmers markets are in full swing. There's a main Street fair or county festival going on every weekend. The kayakers are on the rivers and lakes. The cyclists are on the roads. The horses are saddled up. The golfers are yelling 'fore!'

FALL Season: the evenings are cooler, the campfires are blazing and the harvest is coming off the farm. Mountain bike from the top of the ski runs, or just ride the lift and enjoy the fall foliage. Foliage runs mid September through mid Oct.

WINTER Season: the leaves are down and the mountains are still the best place to be. Skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country, tubing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing can keep you busy. Come March, watch local farmers tap trees and make maple syrup gold.
