This mid-century beauty is ideally located on the lake right next to a community beach and playground. In addition to its own private beach and lake access, it’s only a quick swim or kayak ride across the lake to the Island Pool complex, one of three heated pools in the community. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms make this an ideal place for extended family get-togethers.

On the first floor is the kitchen, dining area, game room, 1.5 baths, 2 bedrooms and a laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware, stove, oven, and an over-the-range microwave. The library and game room with its breathtaking view of the lake is the perfect hangout spot with pool table, beverage fridge, bar, a 55' LCD TV, a library of books, and board games. Arcade Legends Ultimate Pinball machine is set up for free play and includes over 25+ pinball tables and 100s+ of your all-time favorite and classic arcade games, including Mortal Kombat, Pac man, Mrs. Pac Man, Centipede, Asteroids, Street Fighter, X-Men, and many more.

Located on the second floor is the cozy living room that has a cathedral ceiling, a 65 ' LCD TV and a sliding door out onto the 2nd story deck that features gorgeous views of the lake, a propane fire, and tons of seating. Down the hall is another bathroom, a Sauna, a bunk room that can easily sleep 6+ kids and is great for families, and a massive primary bedroom and suite that has a sliding door out onto the deck and a huge 80’ LCD TV.

Our home sits on Lake Arrowhead, a private lake that permits fishing, swimming, and kayaking. We are right next to community beach #3 which has a swimming area, picnic tables, pavilion, boat launch, playground, and bathroom facilities. Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball Courts are available to use in the neighborhood along with 3 Outdoor pools, Playgrounds, 4 Beaches with snack shacks and more. Hike the beautiful trails of Hickory Run State Park and Austin Blakeslee Natural Area both just a few miles away. Come to Stagshead any time of the year and you’ll find a wide range of fun activities no matter your interests.
