**There are some visible stains on the carpet on the 3rd floor , the carpet is cleaned regularly by a professional company however some stains are permanent and cannot be removed**

Floor will be updated during off season.

The guests will have access to the entire space privately, including a Private pool/Small cold tub (Not heated)



Parking for 4 standard sizes vehicles on the driveway

No additional parking spaces

Overflow parking is not available

Please note that a few tiles in the pool have come off. We are currently waiting for the matching tiles to arrive, and once they do, we will schedule the necessary repairs. In the meantime, the pool remains fully functional and operational and can be used by guests.

Pullout Sofabed/Futon bed

Pullout sofabed/futon are not recommended to be used by an adult and should only be used for small children

these components are often the first to malfunction in refrigerators, especially with frequent use. Please note that we are not responsible if the ice maker is not working during your stay. In most cases, repairing the ice maker would require replacing the entire refrigerator, which isn’t practical.



The ice maker is not listed as part of the included amenities, so it is not guaranteed.
