Just steps onto the beach to enjoy a stroll along the Gulf of Mexico, a swim in the emerald green water, or work on your Florida tan.

Bonita Beach Condo #7 offers you a Florida Coastal Beach atmosphere. The unit is well appointed to make your stay comfortable on the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches.

The Primary Bedroom offers a KING sized bed, armoire with T.V., ceiling fan, night stands, and a dresser. The Master Bath offers an over-sized tiled shower, double vanity, and walk in closet.

The second main Bedroom offers a KING sized bed, T.V., dresser, ceiling fan, and a private full bath.

The third Bedroom offers TWO QUEEN sized beds, Flat Screen T.V., DVD player, ceiling fan, and a dresser. There is a full guest bath just outside the third bedroom.

The living area consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room that overlook the balcony and beaches. The living room offers a sofa sleeper, love seat, leather recliners, a 65 inch flat screen Smart T.V. and Blu-ray DVD player.

The bedrooms, living area, kitchen and hallway have laminate wood flooring. The bathroom flooring is tiled. The beaches are just steps from the large balcony. The pool is conveniently located near the unit.

Parking and guest parking is located directly in front of the unit. Bonita Beach Condo is on the Gulf of America at 17921 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Approximately 2 miles West of Hwy 79 at Front Beach Road and just 2.3 miles West of Pier Park.

Pet must be pre-approved at time of reservation. Please be sure to include pet's details (breed, weight, status of vaccinations and preventative treatments) when inquiring. Public beaches are not pet friendly per local ordinance. Pet is not allowed on beds, furniture, or bedding and should be crated when left unattended. Additional pet fees apply if traveling with more than one pet.

Base Rate is for 8 guests. $30/ night per each additional guest, max of 2 additional guests for a total of 10 guests.

Bonita Beach is a smoke free resort. Smoking is not permitted on premises. No smoking on balcony or inside unit. Smoking is allowed on the beach.

The property was very nice. We picked this place because it was 3 bedroom 3 bath, dog friendly and on the beach. The back porch was very nice for pups since the beach is not dog friendly. I could sit and enjoy the view from there.

Perfect for babies!

We took our daughter here for her first beach trip at 5 months. So easy to walk right out to the beach without waiting on an elevator or walking forever to get there. We enjoyed the views, the rooms, the space. Overall, just great and everybody enjoyed it so much!

We love this location on the beach. The condo steps right onto the sand. The condo itself was very clean and welcoming. There are no beach towels so you will need to bring your own but all other towels and linens are provided. The property manager was easy to communicate with and answered any questions quickly. We would be happy to rent here again.

Beachfront Paradise

Scheduled a trip with some family and a few friends. For some it was their first trip to PCB. We loved the location at the West end where the beach was not crowded and had access to everything we needed. The condo was perfect with everything we could ask for. We definitely loved the close and easy beach access, which is just a few steps out the back door. Had a blast.

From the ease of renting from David to literally walking down steps to your feet being in the sand.... everything was so easy!! The property was clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The view was breathtaking and you are literally steps from the beach and beautiful water!! Our stay was perfect!! We will be back!!

This property was perfect for our group of 6 We loved the ease of walking down a few steps and being right on the beach! We ate most meals in to avoid the wait at restaurants. The kitchen was very well furnished for that. Plenty of cookware and lots of dishes. The beds were all comfortable with nice sheets (Iā€™m picky about that) and there were enough towels for all 3 bathrooms. We are already planning our trip for next fall!

Great Location and Super Nice Condo

We loved this property. Itā€™s a small condo complex so the beach was not at all crowded. The beach access is so convenient. Just take the door off your balcony and your on the beach!! The condo itself is very nice. The furniture and decor was very cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed plus extras! The beds were very comfortable and we loved that each bedroom had itā€™s own bathroom. We were extremely pleased with our stay in Bonita Condo Unit 7. Canā€™t wait to visit again.

Great Vacation

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Bonita Beach Condo.It has a good beach access in nice surroundings. Itā€™s got a very good layout with 3 separate bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms. Fully equipped with bedding and towels.The kitchen has all the utensils as well as plenty of dishes. The only problem was when we moved some furniture around there was sand underneath.Otherwise l highly recommend this Condo and may return again.

Fantastic

Beautiful condo, the view is amazing. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing. The pet area is pretty bad, no grass. The cockleburs were terrible and getting stuck on our dog. And on our flip flops. Other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful and better than pictured!

Our family enjoyed our week here so much! The owner has made really great updates to decor, appliances and furniture since these photos were taken. It was a pleasant surprise! Weā€™ve already referred the property to several other families. We would definitely stay here again, however we probably wonā€™t if the condo is only available for Saturday to Saturday rentals. Thatā€™s our only complaint!

Awesome family vacation

The property was very nice and clean. Parking was a little tricky. Someone got in our parking spot the first night. The dog area had no grass but does have sand spurs everywhere. The view was spectacular and the condominium was as described. Nicely decorated, clean and plenty of room for 10 of us and a dog. Kitchen well stocked and a nice size refrigerator. I will be back next year. Just a few steps to the beach. The pool was nice and never crowded. There was also floats and chairs in the deck closet for use. Very nice bathrooms with great water pressure and big showers. Plenty of linens and pillows. Walking distance to Thomas donuts and restaurants.

We did enjoy our stay. The condo was decorated nicely. Dave was very nice and pleasant to talk too. They really need to check on the property to make sure it is cleaned properly between stays. There was crumbs all over the kitchen counters and floor the cabinets had food around the edges and handles. I used Clorox wipes and wiped them all down. The 1st guest room bathroom still had toothpaste on the sink and faucet. I truly donā€™t believe the housekeepers are doing their jobs and it is ashamed because this is a nice place.

Steps to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo is huge and gave everyone ample space. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins in the morning and walking on the beach. The kitchen had everything needed and then some. It was very well stocked. Definitely looking forward to staying here again
