Bonita Beach Condo #12, RENOVATED 2022, 3 Br/3Ba, Directly on the Beach Sleeps 9

TOTAL RENOVATION completed Spring 2022. This unit was "gutted to the studs". The renovation design takes vacation condos to next level and then some. This property is located in West Panama City Beach, FL. The kitchen is a masterpiece on it's own with a six burner induction stove/oven, GE Monogram refrigerator, built in microwave drawer, top off the line dishwasher with led lighting inside and a dry bar that is a complementary focus piece to the corner focal wall housing the TV with built-in cabinetry. Bonita Beach Condo Unit 12 is on the second floor and is directly on the beach. The views are amazing and the condo is well equipped to make your vacation comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.

The condo has 1650 sq. ft. with three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen overlooking the beaches. The main bedroom suite has a king sized bed with light switches controlling ceiling reading lights, USB ports and outlets on each side of the custom built bed. The private ensuite has a soaking tub, state of the art toilet and an amazing shower to wash away the cares of the day for a relaxing evening . The second main bedroom has a king bed with light switches built-in on each side of the custom headboard for ceiling reading lights, TV, lots of closet space, room darkening window treatments and a private bath with a custom shower. The guest bedroom has one queen bed and a set of full sized bunk with a twin top, TV, lots of plenty of closet space and a bath room with a combination tub/shower just outside. Each bedroom has a tv, spacious closets, room darkening window treatments and comfy beds.

The kitchen is well stocked and has the appliances you expect to find in a vacation rental to make your stay convenient and , stove/oven, microwave, fridge with ice-maker, dishwasher, toaster and coffee pot. There's an island with lucite barstools and a beautiful dining room table that seats eight. The dining room overlooks the Sugar White Sands and Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also overlooks the beaches and has a large deep sofa (not a sleeper), additional seating and flat screened TV with custom built in cabinet below. The decor is brand new as of Spring 2022.

There is a full sized stacked washer and dryer hidden behind custom cabinetry, and a stainless steel laundry sink in the unit for guest use.

The deck overlooks the beaches and spans the width of the unit. The views are unobstructed. Look and you'll see pods of dolphins splashing in the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful sunsets and mesmerizing surf and shoreline. The deck is private for relaxing, catching sunsets, enjoying al fresco dining and your favorite beverage while taking in the views. There is a high top patio table and bar chairs, and a sectional patio set on the deck for relaxing and visiting with family and friends.

Bonita Beach is a smaller complex consisting of only twenty units divided into five buildings. There are ten first floor units and ten second floor units. The pool is directly in front of the third building, which houses units 5, 6, 15 and 16. Each Bonita Beach unit is only steps away from the pool and just a few steps to the beach. There is dedicated parking for each unit and guest parking is also available on a first come basis. It is recommended to bring no more than two vehicles during the peak Summer rentals.

Bonita Beach is a smoke free resort. Smoking is not permitted on premises. No smoking on balcony or inside unit. Smoking is allowed on the beach.

Each guest must be 25 years of age to rent and occupy this condo, unless accompanied by parents who are staying in the unit throughout the reservation. Maximum of 9 guests, no pets allowed. Bonita Beach is a smoke free resort. Guests are not permitted to smoke on premises or inside. Please include the number of adults and the number of children 0-17 years of age when inquiring about reservations.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REVIEWS PRIOR TO 2022 WERE MADE FOR STAYS BEFORE THE RENOVATION. THE ENTIRE UNIT WAS RENOVATED DURING WINTER 2021 - SPRING 2022. THIS WAS A HUGE UNDERTAKING THAT RESULTED IN A TOTAL TRANSFORMATION OF LUXURY AND COMFORT.
