The grounds will be gorgeously landscaped and being so close to the beach, you'll be lulled to sleep by the ocean waves. With top of the line finishes and furnishings throughout, you'll want to make this your "home at the beach" for years to come. With 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the second, it is perfect for your family or group. Steps to gorgeous "Deauville" beach and just a short walk to downtown Rehoboth via the picturesque Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Have a cloudy day? You and the fam can watch or stream your favorite shows on one the 5 cable or smart TVs throughout the home. You'll also be happy to know that you won't need to purchase and waste so much plastic ... the whole home offers a fabulous water filtration system - no hard water! Sorry, No pets and No smoking permitted on the property. BONUS: This luxury home comes with bed linens and towel concierge service, and they are priced affordably at $245 per week, plus all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, no beach towels.)
Guests pay a $250 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season. Paper products are not included,
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Well located just a short walk to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood.

The house was brand new and had all the amenities you could want. Most of the bathrooms have heated floors! Everything from drawers to switches were clearly labeled to better find what you needed. The owners have a notebook that explains the operations of the home and what you need to do to ensure you have a great visit.

Perfect Escape

We loved everything about this place! This home is in a charming ,quiet and lush neighborhood that had everything we could have asked for-a well appointed kitchen, lovely decor & furnishings-with modern, sleek bathrooms- gorgeous lighting throughout, private balconies, lots of rooms to relax- even a rooftop gathering space (which we would have definitely enjoyed if not for the rain!). Beautiful plants in and around the property, a short walk to the beach, boardwalk..everywhere. AND there was parking!! There was an informative book that explained all of the features of the home, ( and there were many), and everything was labeled, and easy to find. Kudos to our host! We really appreciated how welcome we felt!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Rehoboth for nearly a decade - this is the best house we have rented by a mile. The neighborhood is beautiful and it's a half block from the beach. Everything was pristine and well stocked, including chairs for the beach and a grill. Easy walk to downtown. The rooftop deck was a lovely bonus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family can no longer stay at any other property. We were absolutely spoiled. This home had a great lay out, is great for kids (we had a 3, 9,10 and 14 year old) and the person who set this home up didnā€™t leave out a single detail. We will be staying again next year for sure!
