The house boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a small family or group of friends. The living room is spacious and features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the ideal spot for relaxation after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up delicious meals, and there is a large dining table inside, or a patio table outside, for shared meals. Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The 2 bathrooms are modern, one featuring a tub/shower combo, while the main bathroom features a walk-in, tiled shower.     Super easy checkin. The house was clean and perfect for our group of 4. Quick few minute walk to the main drag in park circle with all the restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

    We were thrilled with the price, location, host, and house. It was clean, comfortable, and the host was very accommodating. We would absolutely stay there again and I highly recommend this home as a great place to stay for short or long visits!

    One of my favorite Vrbo stays of all time! The house is super cute, and in a fantastic location. Great big yard with a fire pit, and a very well maintained property. Colin was amazing, and his recommendations made our stay even better.

    We enjoyed our stay. The house was super cute and had everything you could possibly need! The battery on the keypad on the front door was going bad on our first full day here; I texted Colin and he had someone there within the hour to replace it! We were very impressed!

    Relaxing Home Away

    The property is immaculate and very welcoming with everything one would need or want for their own home. Loved the decor and how close it was to so many great amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this property.

    Great starting point for Charleston

    The house was great for two couples, came loaded with just about everything we needed. Our group has food allergies so we cooked most meals at the VRBO and it was wonderfully set up to do so! Gas grill, great kitchen, large tables inside and outside. The location is great too, 30 minutes to several beaches and never fought traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. A quick drive or a half mile walk will get you to a great street with shopping and restaurants. Great stay.

    A comfortable home in a great location in Park Circle

    The listing is just as described. If work or leisure brings you to Charleston this is a wonderful place to stay. Itā€™s very close to the North Charleston Performing Arts Center (where we went to a concert). It walkable to fun bars and restaurants and coffee shops in Park Circle. And itā€™s a really nice home base to explore the Charleston area. Itā€™s a quick and easy drive into Charleston, and nice to have a relaxing place (with no parking hassles!) to come home to. The host is communicative and helpful. If we are ever in the area we would definitely book this home again.

    Loved our stay here!

    We had a great visit to Charleston for a baseball tournament. This house has everything! Donā€™t bother to bring books, games, beach chairs, Colin ā€˜s house is well stocked! Itā€™s a cozy little home with lots of space for the three of us to spread out or be together. We did not get much use of the backyard, but did use the grill which worked great! Location was fantastic. I will say there are some run down houses in the neighborhood but donā€™t let that fool you; itā€™s a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are nice! We walked to a gym each morning that was just ten minutes away. We were a ten minute drive from outlet mall, Walmart, etc. everything you need is within a ten minute walk or drive. The beach is only 35 minutes away so we packed up for the day and went. Folly Beach was really nice and not crowded. Thank you for sharing your home with us Colin!

    A Gem in Park Circle

    Close to everything we wanted to do, this location was perfect for the 3 of us as a home base. Mt. Pleasant, downtown Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek - all within minutes. And the property itself was neat, cleamn, and well-appointed for our needs. We'd stay again.

    Great house - perfect location

    We loved everything about our stay. The location (Park Circle) is within walking distance to amazing food/drinks/shops. The house is spacious, decorated beautifully and extremely clean. Colin is a great host, very responsive. Iā€™ve stayed in multiple areas around Charleston (Daniel Island, Downtown, Mt Pleasant, etc) and this was by far my favorite location! Will definitely book again!

    Comfortable and clean!

    We had a very restful stay at this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom home. I say restful because all we did was sleep there as we were moving our daughter into the College of Charleston. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were pristine! This little home looks to be recently renovated and is just beautiful. I love the decor and it is obviously owned by someone with very good taste. :) If you are needing to stay in North Charleston, I wouldn't hesitate to book this very nice home.

    Great house, great host, walkable dining options

    The house is exactly as described, maybe even better. We loved it and it felt like home for the week. Check in was a breeze and Colin checked in with us to confirm no problems. Everything you could need was available. Location was great (we were heading to the coliseum daily for a dance competition) and the drive was easy. The park circle area offered plenty of dining choices and a lovely atmosphere. Thanks for helping us have an awesome week at Nationals!

    Convenient location

    This location was everything the owner said it was. It definately checked all the boxes. We really enjoyed being able to walk a couple of blocks to get our coffee each morning, and to be able to walk home at night after enjoying some local food and drinks. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for anything you might need. I wish we had a day or two more to enjoy the house and Charleston. If I ever need to stay in Charleston again, I'm checking to see if this is available.
