WELCOME TO LAGOONACY IN WEST BEACH GULF SHORES...PERFECT FOR BEACH LOVERS AND FISHING ENTHUSIASTS!
Unbeatable Location and Amenities
Lagoonacy is a UNIQUE property, as it's on a DIRECT BEACH ACCESS street, which puts our guests on the beach within 90 seconds. This cannot be overlooked. There are no long walks paralleling the beach to get to the beach access or walking along the busy Beach Blvd; just a straight shot to the beach from our secluded waterfront property.
What makes this really amazing is that is it also ON Little Lagoon, with fantastic water and sunset views, natural landscapes and a beautiful dock for guests that enjoying fishing, crabbing and kayaking. Lagoonacy is also a 5 min walk to a local grocery/convenience store and the Beach House Restaurant. Our house is away from all the high rises condos so the beach section is noticeably less crowded! Plenty of room for your group to spread out and enjoy. On the flip side, we are ONLY 2 miles from the HANGOUT.
This newly renovated 3BD/2BA home is nestled on The Little Lagoon, west of the Gulf Shores public access beach area. The home features plenty of space to gather and relax indoors and out. The beach is only a 90 second walk and the lagoon is in the backyard, so the water is always within reach. Also, with an excellent array of beach, bars, and restaurants right at your disposal, you'll never be bored.
THE SPACE:
Lagoonacy has plenty to offer in this spacious and stylish newly renovated 3BDR/2BA home. Whether it's for a family vacation, business retreats, or even creative pursuits, such as songwriting sessions or sebatacles, our home provides a wealth of opportunities during your stay. From the spacious floor-plan of the living/dining/kitchen area, to the layout of the bedrooms, the spacious outside deck, or lounging in the swing on the dock, there is ample room to either hangout as a group or to allow everyone their own space during their stay. Everything you'd expect to have in a home is at vour disposal, including a fully-stocked kitchen, towels, and linens.
OUTSIDE:
Facing the lagoon, on the backside of the house, there is an open-air, partially covered, multi-level patio that can comfortably accommodate your entire party. The yard size is perfect for yard games and exercising. If you have a paddle boat, canoe, kayaks, or anything of the sort, you can launch them from our pier in the back. You can even just
take it easy and sit on the covered dock to fish.
Underneath the home, you'll notice the main entrance, as well as an area for fish-cleaning and showering the sand off your feet and body. Shower offers both hot and cold water. There's also a charcoal grill there for you to cook all the fresh catches you get during your stay.
Lagoonacy has an outdoor storage closet under the house. Store coolers, chairs, kayaks, fishing rods etc safely. The outdoor storage closet has a beach cart and 4 beach chairs for your use during your stay. Feel free to use anything left in this closet and please rinse off all sand before returning them back to the storage area. Thank You!
The house is adjacent to West 12th St, which has direct neighborhood boardwalk access to the beach with showers to wash off sand and a public bathroom. This is a quick 90 second There is limited parking at this access point making this mainly a neighborhood beach area with typically fewer crowds. West 13th St. also offers public beach access with plenty of free parking if you would prefer to drive.
There's plenty of opportunity to do so much, so definitely take advantage of what this home and its location have to offer.
THE KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, pots, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator, flat top oven, dishwasher, microwave, and large crab pots. You have everything you need for meal-prep, aside from the food. Ample counter-space abounds, it's a great area to start and end each day, cooking meals and catching up with your friends and family.
THE LIVING AREA:
When you enter the home, you'll notice the living space is perfectly designed to be the heart of the home during
your stay. There's plenty of comfortable seating on the couch, as well as three lounging chairs, while you and your
group catch up on conversation, news, movies, or whatever you'd like on the 48" Smart TV
DINING ROOM:
Conveniently placed next to the kitchen area, the dining table seats 4 comfortably for any meal or game night you
might have during your stay. For larger groups, there are four bar stools by the raised countertop on the other side
of the sink, as well as extra seating outside on the deck.
THE BEDROOMS:
- BEDROOM # 1 KING BED and separate sitting area. Features include a king-sized bed dressed in high-quality linens, with private en-suite full bathroom.
- BEDROOM # 2: KING BED (sleeps 2) Features include a KING BED dressed in high-quality linens, a 42" Smart TV, and a closet and dresser to unpack and store luggage.
- BEDROOM # 3: DOUBLE OVER DOUBLE bunk bed and stand alone TWIN bed. Sleeps 5. Features a full-sized bed as well as a twin bed both dress in hihg-quality lines, a 43" Smart TV and a closet and dresser to unpack and store luggage
BATHROOM #2 is a full bathroom with full-size tub and shower conveniently located right outside bedroom #2 and #3 and easily accessible from the living space.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking onsite for guests. 4 covered spots under the house and as well as plenty of extra parking in front of house on property
