Private Apartment Attached to Main Home

- This apartment is attached to our main house, and both are available as separate vacation rentals.
- Both units may be rented by different guests at the same time.
- Each unit has its own private entrance with a smart lock on opposite sides of the home.
- A large, heavy connecting door is securely locked from both sides, ensuring guests cannot access the other unit.
- Both spaces are designed to provide privacy and separation.

● Winter Parking Information

- The driveway has a slight downward slope, which may make exiting difficult for low-clearance vehicles during heavy snowfall.
- Snowplow service is provided when snowfall exceeds 4 inches.
