Suite 209 is a second-floor suite with a breathtaking view of Lake Charlevoix. An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a new large walk-in shower. Small soaps are provided. Suite 209 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

We recently returned and found the new staff VERY professional and caring! The room was immaculate and we could not say a single word of negativity! Country was especially kind as our TV was not working - she was diligent to repair the connection for us! We did not think the WSI could improve but you proved us wrong - the caring people and updated property condition make a special place the BEST! Thank you!

The condo was well appointed for a rental property. We understand that the comfort of the furnishings is not the top priority for the owners, longevity & durability ranks higher. The one area that comfort in our humble opinion should be paramount is the mattress because after all most people go on vacation to sight see. Very little time is spent in a rental during the day. Having a good bed to rest one’s tired body is important. The mattress in condo #209 was worn out, with very little support. Disappointing The staff - Kris at the front desk was professional, kind and very helpful.

The town was in an easy walking distance. We at our supper at Lake Street pub (great smash burgers), and breakfast at Sunnyside (good. The activity we enjoyed while here was the Boyne Mt SkyBridge. I would stay here again if I was in this area.
