Cozy lakefront cottage located on a mild bluff on a beautiful, quiet, and serene bay of All Sports Lake Orion. The 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home features a remodeled kitchen. Enjoy the outdoor patio overlooking the lake and the beach area with a fire pit. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, downtown Lake Orion, the Polly-Ann Trail and Indianwood Golf Course and country club. Pontoon boat available for an additional fee & valid drivers license 21 y/o+.

Delightful

Great location for our family reunion. Local family was able to motor their boat to the dock and fish. Out of town family enjoyed the comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. It was an ideal gathering spot. We all enjoyed the view, kayaks, paddle boards, grill, and making s’mores at the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely cottage in a great location!

Very nice property with the benefit of three bedroom and two baths, which gives everyone plenty of space. Good location and very quiet.

We Really Enjoyed Staying at this Property

We enjoyed the nice quiet location and the house had everything we needed. The view of the lake was beautiful to wake up to every morning. Would definitely enjoy staying there again.

Great place to stay

We loved the location. The place was well suppplied. It had all we needed for oudoor fun. Most of all it was one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. We would rent it all over again.

Quiet and relaxing

We had a great vacation everything was very clean and the owner John was very attentive and came over to change the propane when it was out and also was responsive to our questions. The view was amazing and the fish were definitely biting. Great place to stay

Great getaway

We had a great stay on the property, plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the water, kayaks and paddleboards and loved renting the pontoon. Daytime boating and golf at topgolf with evening card games and bonfire was the perfect combo! John was very responsive to any questions!

Quiet and peaceful

It was a relaxing and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Grocery store, restaurants and gas stations nearby. Basic cable and there is a dvd player so bring dvds for family to watch.

Great place!

We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We all had plenty of room to relax and play. The home is very well equipped and clean. Would recommend to anyone traveling with family or friends. The lake and the toys there were also fun.

Comfortable lakefront property

We rented the house for a group of 5 adults, and we had a wonderful trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed! We cooked inside, on the gas grill, and over the fire pit. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a quiet get-away on the water.

Tranquil property, excellent host!

I stayed for a week! I loved being on the lake--very restful! The cottage looks just like the pictures. The bed is comfy. The kitchen is brand new. Easy access to anything you need. John is the nicest, most accommodating host I could have hoped for! I would stay again!!

Loved it!

This is the 3rd year our family rented this cottage and we loved it. We rented it for 2 weeks and loved all the new improvements that were made to the property (new door wall, steps and handrail to the beach, railing around deck...) This property is great for families. We have already started talking about renting it for 3 weeks next summer. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent stay for relaxation from the hustle and bustle

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was just as it was advertised on the website. Very clean and relaxing You have everything you need. Just like you were home. Very quiet for those who wants to get away from the city life for awhile. Shopping centers were so close by. I would recommend this to all of my friends and family. The lake was beautiful, especially at night.

Cute cabin

The view from the main room was delightful.... the snow made it extra lovely and watching the swans and their fowl friends in the morning was a treat. The cabin is rustic and basic. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Finding out that the final two blocks of access was a dirt road was a surprise, but then this is our first experience with MI roads. Good rental for a family.

Family birthday

The Lake House is a perfect location. Ryan was very responsive right from the start. The home is exactly as pictured. It was super clean and impeccably decorated with high quality linens and utensils. The ability to rent the pontoon was a highlight of the stay! Thank you to both of you for allowing to stay at your home to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday with our family.

Perfection!

I came here with my bridal party for the weekend of my wedding which was held at Indianwood Golf Course and Country Club. This house had a killer view with all of the space we needed to BBQ, Paddleboat, Sun bathe, and really just enjoy the perfect weekend. I will definitely be planning another trip to this home. We loved our stay at Hidden Bay Lake Cottage! The setting was tranquil and restorative, the cottage was comfortable with thoughtful touches, and we had a blast with all the games and toys. The natural beach and big, light-filled windows made it extra special—highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, clean lake house. Plenty of room for our family of 6 plus a grandbaby. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and water boards. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the lake while visiting from out of state. Only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower and sinks would sometimes diminish. Also it takes a long time for hot water to get to the master bath. Still a great stay in spite of that. Hosts thought of all the amenities. Just like home.

Quaint, Clean, and Cosy

This was an awesome place, just 2 hrs from family we were visiting in the thumb, a quiet lake, renovated cottage, and the photos were what you got. Great communication with the owners, and we would highly recommend it. Great for our multiple ages of kids.
