The condo is an end unit with a wall of windows inviting natural light and the backdrop of palm trees, blue water, and the flora and fauna of Tigertail Beach. This large South Seas 2nd floor unit includes a Master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. This is the largest floorplan in South Seas Northwest and the 2nd floor location allows you to skip the elevators when you prefer.

The heated pool area has a large deck with loungers, tables and tiki huts for shade. The condo's wi-fi covers the pool deck so you can stream music or take a meeting from the pool area! Beautiful landscaping, walkways, and countless amenities add to your Marco vacation. Enjoy the tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, the fitness center, charcoal grills, and shelling for miles along the Gulf of Mexico. Dolphin sightings are also a favorite!

You'll enjoy the coastal feel of the condo and a kitchen with natural light from large windows and all the modern appliances (including dishwasher, disposal, microwave, refrigerator ice maker) and cookware you need for dinners overlooking the beauty of Marco. The all-important coffee maker does both drip and K-cups.

The bedrooms include plenty of closet space and open up to the expansive balcony. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you cool. The master bath offers her and his sinks to make getting ready that much easier.

The condo includes all the things you need for your beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and cooler bags. A beach cart makes getting everything to the beach a breeze.

South Seas is also a short walk to many of Marco restaurants including Joey's Pizza, Doreen's Cup of Jo, and Thai Sushi.

Condo association guest registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass. Fee is collected by the association when you arrive (in the office at Tower 3).

Home is not child-proofed. Association pool rules and walk to the beach tend not to be best fit for young children (younger than teen).
