Clean,Quiet & Cozy, only 150 yards from the Beach

Staying in our condo is truly a comfortable and relaxing experience. Cozy furnishings make our home your own. If you want to go for a swim, this first floor unit is perhaps 20 steps from the private pool. For those who like to grill, there is a gas BBQ located about 30 steps from the front door. Tennis courts are located perhaps 40 steps away!

Marco Island's south beach is located just across the road. The beach access is perhaps 200 feet away. You can have a beach vacation without the beach vacation price! Come and enjoy some of the best shelling in the world, or just relax with beach chairs (supplied by the owner) and take in white sand, hot sun and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If adventure is what you want, you can rent a jet ski or go para-sailing...all just steps away!

This condo has two bedrooms. The master has a king size bed so you can spread out and relax after a long day in the sun. The renovated master bathroom connects to the bedroom and to a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has 2 full-size (double) brand new beds. The guest bathroom is directly beside the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have room darkening blinds so that the morning sun won't disturb those of you who want to sleep in.

The family room has over-sized sofas for extra comfort. If you want to watch TV, then you can do so in the family room or in either bedroom on flat screen TVs. All TVs have
Roku connected. You can also enjoy a video on the DVD player. The unit comes equipped with DVDs for adults, teens and children. You can also enjoy free WIFI internet access. To secure your valuables, you can use the hotel style safe (programmable to your own private code).

The fully equipped kitchen has been renovated and has new appliances for those days when you would rather stay in and cook. No need to go to the laundromat. This unit has a washer and dryer on the premises. The air conditioner will provide a nice cool breeze to look forward to when you return from the pool.

Perhaps the nicest part about our condo is the screened in lanai. Relax, eat and drink without having to deal with annoying bugs.

Excellent location! Directly across from South beach public beach access. Clean, exactly as shown in photos on VRBO.Comfortable beds both in master AND 2nd bedroom with 2 doubles (too often the master bed is nice but the second bedroom beds are definitely for kids not other adults, which is horrible)Great parking a few steps from the door. Right by the pool entrance ( we stay on the beach so can’t say that we utilize the pool, the area was clean, quiet and had a grill area.)Would definitely stay there again.

Best location

We hated to leave! Could not beat the location & proximity to the beach! Super short walk just across the street:). Ground floor was super helpful bringing beach chairs & toys to and from beach as well right through back porch. Would definitely stay here again! Can’t wait to go back!

Best property in Seaview Marco Island

Seaview is the best property off the beach. Access to the beach is great. Seaview amenities leave nothing to be desired for a family ocean vacation. Our family has stayed at several Seaview condos, 102 is the best. It is very well stocked for all parts of beach vacation from the extensive beach equipment to the kitchen to the linens (beach towels etc). The owners are amazing to work with, accommodating.

Very clean, great location!

Had a very enjoyable time with my wife and two teenage daughters. Condominium was very clean. Having access to beach chairs and umbrella was awesome. Owner was very prompt in addressing an issue with the master bathroom shower having it repaired within 2-3 hours. Great location to the beach and local restaurants in walking distance approximately 3/4 of a mile away.

Perfect location. Perfect vacation.

This condo can't be beat! We feel so lucky to have found it. It's reasonably priced, well kept, and the location is amazing - on the south side of Marco Island, just a block away from the beach. The place has everything you need: a fully stocked kitchen, all the beach equipment you can think of, even board games for the kids! It was super convenient and roomy for two adults and two young children. We enjoyed the beach in the mornings and the pool during the afternoon. Communication with Allen was super, he was always kind and super helpful. I really can't recommend this place enough.

Perfect location and a great stay!

The condo is a perfect location to enjoy South Marco beach. We walked the short walk to the beach most days and enjoyed our beach days and amazing sunsets. Since parking is included with your stay at the condo we saved money that others were paying at a public parking lot across the street from the condo. The condo had everything needed for cooking meals. We made breakfast each morning then in the evenings we ate dinner at several of Marco Islands great restaurants. Both bedrooms were comfortable with their own personal bathroom. The condo has plenty of room for families or in our case two couples. The condo also had three televisions one in each bedroom and one in the living room. We did one pool day instead of the beach which was relaxing and steps from our condo. I highly recommend staying at this condo and we plan to stay there in our future visits to Marco Island. The owner Allan was available to respond to any questions and he was a pleasure to rent from.

Wonderful quiet week

All amenities were available. Close to nice restaurants, fair walk to the beach, steps to the pool. Our unit was nicely equipped and very clean. Perfect week of sun, fun and seafood.

Spacious condo, very close to the beach

We had an all-around excellent stay in this condo. We couldn't believe how short the walk was to the beach! Everything you could need for the beach was provided and ready to use (chairs, umbrella, cooler, cart to haul it with, towels, beach toys, etc). The unit was well taken care of and perfect space to relax in. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was handy. The pool was wonderful as well. Overall it was very quiet there and we got quality rest. The communication with Allan was exceptional throughout. We look forward to staying here again when returning to Marco Island.

Marco Island Spring Break

We had a great spring break on Marco Island in the Seaview condo. The condo had all of the beach supplies we needed so we didn’t have to bring a thing. It was a short 3min walk to the beach so super convenient. The condo was well appointed. Allan was very easy to work with and communicated with us regularly.

Location is excellent

We’ve never stayed on Marco Island. We found this place and it was an excellent location almost directly across from the South Beach Access. We saw many cars waiting in line to park at the South Beach access and all we had to do was exit our condo and walk across the street! There were beach chairs , umbrella and a wheeled buggy to take them to the beach. There were plenty of beach towels and coolers too. We enjoyed walking on the beach and down Collier Blvd as well as surrounding streets. Beach has lots of shells so good shoes are handy. There are a few restaurants and a 7/11 were about a 1/2 mile away and many other great restaurants on the island. You can walk across the street to the beach to Sunset Grille as well with a great view of the beach and sunset. Condo has a pool and tennis court although you’ll need your own tennis racquets and balls. The kitchen had enough equipment for cooking and eating. Might have to buy some staples like soap, Kleenex, laundry detergent, garbage bags depending on what was left behind. The owner mentioned he has not been able to get to the unit because of Covid and he is in Canada. The property manager was supposed to meet us at the unit but did not show. There was a cleaning person there when we arrived and she let us know. The owner was available for any questions. The unit is a little dated in its decor and carpet had a few stains but it was pretty clean. We appreciated the three twin beds and one king bed as well as two full bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the very first time this has happened. We also apologize about the carpet. Because of the pandemic, we have been unable to cross the border from Canada in order to inspect the unit. We are now making arrangements to have the carpet cleaned. Please let us know when you will be back in Marco Island

Great Location

We loved our stay. The owner was fantastic and gave us a list of restraunts and their numbers. The property was exactly as described and the beach access was fantastic. The pool was clean and warm. The people we talked to were very friendly. We loved having beach towels and items to take to the beach (cart, chairs, coolers and ice packs, and umbrellas).

Our family had a great time staying in this unit. The location is fantastic for beach lovers. It’s easy to get to with easy on-site parking and a nice pool area. The unit was clean and is well maintained.

Perfect week!

Loved our stay at the Seaview! The location couldn’t be better with the beach entrance directly across the street. The unit had every possible amenity you could possibly want. We have been coming to Marco for about 8 years and have never been disappointed. Our only regret is that we aren’t staying longer😞.

Simply Amazing accommodations - Everything you want & need

My wife & I loved our stay. The condo is comfortable & has all the amenities that we,as seasoned Travellers, want & need. The pool is fantastic & the beach is only a short walk. The condo has every beach accessory you want. We'll be coming back to "Casa Seaview "

We could not get enough of the beaches, the beauty, the friendly people and the laid back lifestyle. We made it our goal to buy a piece of paradise. We were finally able to do so in February 2012. We hope you come to Marco and fall in love with the island the way that we have.
