Location great for Cedar Point!

Plenty of room for my family to comfortably sleep and eat together. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils .

Annual fishing trip

It was perfect.

The house is way bigger than pictures. It's very spacious. It was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean and beautiful inside. The beds were comfortable as well. Definitely will be staying again.

Nice stay

Very nice newly remodeled home. Plenty of space. Extremely clean. Located close to downtown and Cedar Point. Pet friendly and great price. The owner responded promptly.

Good Cedar Point Spot

House was very clean and well maintained, everything was as described. Neighborhood feels a little rough, as does a lot of Sandusky, but we had no issues and it is very easy to get to Cedar Point from here.

Cedar Point adventure

This very large old property is within 10 minutes of Cedar Point. The house easily held our 10 guests, although there was only one shower. The property has obviously been newly remodeled and has some nice touches, but the house is well over 100 years old and comes with certain challenges that you would expect from a house of that age. The rental price is fair but the fees increase the cost quite a bit making this property not quite the deal that it initially seems. Overall, we had a lovely time with family in a large space and it suited our needs well.

Close to cedar point

The location of Cedar Point was great. Inside was everything the pictures looked like. The front door is an antique and therefore could be broken into easily. Stayed with females and kids so made me a little nervous. If the door was changed it would get all the stars.

House was great, very clean and well stocked. Driveway was really narrow but manageable. Wish there had been more communication from the owner. Other owners have reached out prior to our stay, during, and on checkout day. We didn't hear from the owner until I reached out when we left.

Great weekend stay.

Rented for a 2 night stay with 3 couples. Plenty of room and very "homey". Everything was perfect and comfortable, right down to matching silverware and dishes to bedding and towels. Very updated home considering its over a century old, well done Branson. Reached out to the owner upon arriving and asked for a favor. He was there within 30 mins and had zero issues helping us out. I can't say enough positive things about this place, there were so many little things that just made it feel like home! We had a great weekend and hopefully will be booking again for next year when the time comes, really hope it's available again.

Overall not bad, but not great. The house was mostly clean, but the fans and air vents could definitely use a dusting. The shower drain was very slow, so you end up standing in water. The drive way is very narrow, even for a small SUV. The neighborhood is ok, although we did get to listen to the neighbors car alarm for several hours in the middle of the night.There was no communication with the host, not that we needed anything, but no welcome or check in messages. The thing that really bugged me was a prior bad review where the host commented that the guests accidentally went into the neighbors house. Unless the neighbors house has the exact same furniture and rug, the pictures they posted were definitely of this house.The house is very big, and we enjoyed the space. It was good for a trip to Cedar Point with extended family. We were not dissatisfied, but also not really impressed.

Do not stay here

Do not stay at this house. When we arrived, the place looked ok. After walking around we realized several beds were not made and appeared to have been slept in. The beds that were made had all kinds of dirt and debris on the sheets and pillows. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy and nothing was stocked. And then there’s the basement, which was absolutely terrifying. The windows didn’t appear locked (they’re so old it’s hard to tell) and the front door was a joke. The area is horrible and felt unsafe. When I tried to call the host, the number was disconnected and he wasn’t returning my messages through Vrbo. We were forced to leave due to unsanitary conditions. It definitely seemed like this house was used for more than vrbo rentals. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This house is disgusting.

After reviewing our security camera footage, we found that these guests had inadvertently walked into the neighbor's house by mistake. Luckily, they were not home. Please follow the check-in. And call the number we have listed if you have any questions.

Lacks responsibility

Overall this is not a place i can recommend in looking out for other people. Upon checkin there was many problems. From broken windows, amd cobwebs, to tvs that wouldnt work, to a bunk bed that was absolutely not safe. We also booked there for that bunk bed room
