This condo was wonderful for our beach trip! Tower II, 501W overlooks the pool and has a great view of the beach. The condo was well equipped, clean, and the owners were a delight to deal with. They provided great communication and check in was a breeze! We loved our stay and highly recommend!

It was a nice place to stay. It was clean, but the beds were not very comfortable. There were other small amenities there that I really liked, for example make up wipes, extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. Fifth floor is a great level to stay on. Water pressure was excellent. The couch needed a cleaning, but I also understand it’s hard to keep cloth clean when a lot of people stay there. I would stay there again though.

The room was clean and nicely appointed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The use of the beach chairs and umbrella was great! The host was very prompt answering any questions I had. The view of the GOA was spectacular. We had front row balcony seats for the amazing USAF Thunderbirds. It is a short walk to Pier Park, several quality restaurants, and multiple shopping areas. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The pools were exceptionally inviting with fire pits to sit and relax after a long day of fun in the sun.

Absolutely best experience ever. The condo was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. The furniture is clean, well maintained and extremely comfortable. The host are very kind and helpful. They respond to any and all questions making themselves available as needed. The best part was getting to the condo and immediately noticing the wonderful clean smell of the room and walking into the laundry room to find not one but a wonderful selection of beach toys for us to use. Everything from extra chairs, body boards, umbrella and other options for shade were available. The 5th floor view is amazing and location to elevators was very convenient. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would but unfortunately 5 stars is the limit. I would recommend this condo by far above any other that we have stayed in while visiting Panama.

Hi there! I’m Beverly Taylor — a retired educator with a lifelong passion for both people and property. After serving as a teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent in Pike County, AL, I retired in 1989. My husband Johnny, who spent his career with Coca-Cola, and I began investing in rental properties in the college town of Troy shortly thereafter, and we’ve loved every minute of it.

In 1999, we fell in love with Panama City Beach and purchased our first condo. Since then, we’ve enjoyed sharing the beauty of the Gulf Coast with others through our vacation rental. While we’ve previously owned multiple condos in Calypso Towers, we currently own and manage one — and it remains a guest favorite for its location, views, and resort-style amenities.

You’ll likely hear from our daughter-in-law, Lyndsay, throughout the booking process and your stay. She manages the property and handles guest communication with warmth, professionalism, and great attention to detail — you’ll be in excellent hands!

We now live full-time in our cozy beach house just minutes from Calypso, so we’re close by if anything is ever needed.

Our family is our greatest joy — we have two sons and daughters-in-law (David & Michelle and Jamie & Lyndsay), a daughter Amy and her husband Scottie, and seven beloved grandchildren who all live near our hometown of Goshen, AL.

Hospitality is truly a family tradition for us, and we are committed to making your stay relaxing, comfortable, and memorable!
