Everything in this unit has been upgraded, including all-new kitchen with Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Your hosts have spared no expense to ensure that your stay in Maui is amazing.

Completely remodeled in 2023, this Koa Resort 2-bedroom has been lovingly remodeled to maintain and updated feel of Hawaii throughout. Sitting on expansive tropical grounds, this unit is located in building 2. Downstairs, the King bedroom closes off for additional privacy and has plenty of closet space and shelving. The 2nd bedroom loft gives a spacious airy feel and has a queen size bed. Quiet and relaxing, this large 2-bedroom/2-bath has all the conveniences of home, including in-unit front-loading washer/dryer.

For your comfort, both beds are topped with luxury linens. There are full size bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs: Walk-InShower. Downstairs: Walk-In Shower.

​Our home is equipped with WiFi and almost everything you'd expect in a home. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your use while staying as our guests. Koa Resort has a large swimming pool. This low-rise complex is a beautiful change from the craziness of the bigger, more crowded condo complexes.

Like to play tennis? We have a full size tennis court on-property! Parking is easy and shopping and world class restaurants are very close. The well-maintained grounds also have expansive lawns, a barbecue pavilion, shuffle board, ping pong and a large heated swimming pool and hot tub.

Located just across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park, guests enjoy a short walk to the ocean. Also nearby, you will find two grocery stores, as well as many other shops and restaurants. Need coffee? Starbucks and Java Cafe are less than a mile away.

Koa Resort has one of the LARGEST swimming pools in Kihei, which is great considering it is one of the "smallest" properties. Koa Resort has just 5 low-rise buildings, with only 54 units, making this property a relaxing place to enjoy your Maui vacation.

Want some fresh island fish? One of our favorites, Coconuts Fish Cafe, is also located less than a mile from the property. Here you can take advantage of all that the ocean has to offer, including Fish and Chips, Calamari strips and their amazing chowder.
