This is our second year at Graceā€™s Cottage and we will be back for more! The property is so beautifully thought out and the location cannot be beaten! The porch on the bayside makes this property stellar - we are constantly outside! Kitchen is well equipped and the sleeping areas are perfect. Plenty of room for people to get their own space and relax. The last two years we stay here with my parents (late 70s), my two kiddos (10, 12), and myself and husband. The first floor bedroom is perfect for my parents and upstairs we have a contained bathroom, bedroom, and loft/sleeping area for the kids with its own TV. Itā€™s the kind of house that can have activity in the living room/kitchen but someone can still easily nap. The owners are incredibly responsive - I never waited more than 3 mins for a return text or message!

Amazing cottage

We are most definitely going to come back. We loved everything about this place. The pool makes you feel like youā€™re at an upscale resort but with almost no one else there. Only thing to note is that the view of the water is pretty limited. There are several other cottages blocking your view. So if thatā€™s important to you, keep that in mind. Also, you can tell this used to be a water front resort with lots of cottages. Many of them have been torn down but the flooring is still there and there is one building that is starting to fall apart right next to this cottage. So although the finished cottages are adorable and well maintained itā€™s a bit of a different experience with the abandoned lots. I would not let that deter you though. Graces Cottage is everything you have ever wanted in a VRBO. Close to everything. Super cute. Super clean.

Excellent location in Rockport, Tx

House is beautiful, the neighborhood is small and quiet. The fishing pier is in good shape, the pool is beautiful and well kept. Check in was simple and the property owners requests were simple and based in common sense.

Wonderful

The cottage had everything you needed and then some. We were a party of four, two of which were from Oklahoma and had never seen the Gulf before! The house was perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Rockport trip

The house was amazing Love the decor! Definitely recommend to anyone , beds were very comfortable, plenty of room in house ! Plenty of towels , kitchen supplies and tv s !!! Great location, pier very close right across the road ,great pool , and close to beach 8 minute drive. loved the porch too!! Great weekend in October!

Amazing Place

Beautiful home with excellent immensities. The pier is perfect with plenty of fish to catch and the pool is incredible with lots of shade. The location is very central to Rockport and Fulton. Way to get to restaurants and beach. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning next summer!

We had a great time just relaxing and fishing off the pier. Cottage is beautiful and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Will definitely come back.

Private Pier Fishing Haven!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay and fish on a private pier. Our granddaughter caught her first fish and my daughter in-law, and I tag team a large fish to reel it in for 10 minutes, but this will be the story of the fish that got away! The cottage is so refreshing with tones of blues and greens of beach decor. The couch seats a large family comfortably. We appreciated the added touches of fine linens, blankets, pillows, Mrs. Meyer's hand soap and specialty shampoos and body wash. The pool was nice for the size of the property, like a mini resort pool with the loungers and umbrellas in the water. The swing on the large porch was relaxing and a place to shelter when it rained. This cottage is on higher ground and constructed very well as it weathered a tropical storm while we were there, and we felt very safe and comfortable. The hostess was very friendly and checked on us during Tropical Alberto and was accommodating for an earlier departure for our safety. You can feel comfortable with knowing that communication with the hostess is easy. Looking forward to adventuring our fishing haven at Grace's Cottage next year!

Perfect for a family or couples!

We traveled from Dallas and San Antonio to Rockport for Graceā€™s Cottage. Joining us were my parents, my two kiddos, and husband. The house was the perfect layout for our family with a bedroom and bath on the first floor for my parents in their mid 70s, a half bath downstairs, and a jack and Jill bath loft, and bedroom upstairs. Everyone was able to have space because of how well laid out the house is. The porches are perfect for hours of conversations! We used the washer and dryer and they worked beautifully to keep our beach towels clean for the next day. The kitchen is fully functional and the convection microwave/oven did its job. Plenty of house supplies provided and even charcoal, lighter fluid, and lighters! I cannot say enough good things about this home - we will be back next year!

Quiet getaway

Inside the cottage was very clean and accommodating. We were close to several bird watching places, beach and hiking areas. Overall a pleasant experience.
