This amazing house hosted by Coastal Properties, LLC in Orange Beach, Al is available for January and February 2026. The Kingfisher Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located just a short walk to the beautiful beaches on the Alabama gulf coast. The cottage is decorated with coastal elegance and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Walking into the home you will find an open concept living area with the living room, dining room and kitchen making this a great space for entertaining. Guests will have access to the community pool, just steps away from the front door and deeded beach access directly across the street. Enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand.

Cottage Amenities:
• fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stove, oven, crockpot, toaster, blender, cooking utensils
• drip and k-cup coffee pot
• starter kit: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag per garbage can, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, soap for dishwasher & laundry detergent
• smart tvs
• fully covered, outdoor seating
• private patio
• washer/dryer
• iron + ironing board

Community Amenities:
• sparkling pool just steps away
• private beach access via crosswalk
• boardwalk access to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, which offers over 15 miles of paved, nature-friendly walking and biking trails.

• guests must check in at our office located at Sunswept Condominiums, Unit 103
• guests checking in just bring their ID
• minimum age of renter: 25
• non-smoking home
• smoke odor removal fee: minimum $300+

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family. The beautiful beach was a 5 minute walk from the house. We felt very safe in this location. We even allowed our teens/older kids to walk to the beach, a nearby nature park, coffee shop, etc and were not worried. This was the first time we felt comfortable allowing that. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back!

Condo was perfect for my wife and I. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved that it was directly in front of the crosswalk to the beach making it easy to get to the beach.

This cottage is one of several that sits nearest road in the village so there is some road noise, especially in evening. Not terrible but important to know. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, starter supplies, and decent assortment of kitchen items. Toilet paper is a little too thin. Doesn't come with beach chairs and umbrella BUT someone had left 2 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and umbrella cork screw. Chairs in house, umbrellas on porch by kitchen door. Wonderful! Usually enjoy beach view but this was good price, easy access to beach across street, and close drive to everything! Highly recommend riding ebikes thru state park one morning!

Perfect family home

We loved everything about this place! It’s close to everything and it was very clean! You can tell the owners genuinely care. Also, the beds were so comfortable that I’m going straight back to Missouri and getting the same mattress! We will definitely be back!

Great location

We loved the house and pool. It was a short walk to the beach and has access to the state park trails which we used for bike riding. The house was clean and perfect for our family of four.

Great Vacation Spot

Cute and clean cottage. The cottage had everything we needed for 3 nights. Also. It's in a great location but experienced noise from the traffic at night. It's a short walk across the street to get to the beach.

A beautiful home!!!!

This property was beautiful, very clean and just altogether cozy. My family was in awe when we walked in, everything worked the way it was supposed sleeping space was more than enough and being able to sit out on the porch and take everything in was more than we could’ve asked for. Thank you so much for allowing us into your home, we did not want to leave it

The home was wonderful. Good location and perfect for what we needed. House was clean and well furnished. The only thing I didn't care for was that check-in was required at a different location and that they have their own contracts that are required outside of the VRBO agreement. However, the check-in being required at a different location is disclosed in the property description - so that is on me for not thinking to select another property due to the inconvenience of that. However, we had a great stay and would consider staying again if the check-in process was refined.

Cute place in a perfect location

This place was so cute and well equipped with everything you would need. The beach was a short walk across the street so we could walk the beach anytime. The location was perfect. Everything was just a short drive. Great communications on our questions and needs.

Enjoyed the stay

Everything was great except there was only one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and only one roll of paper towels. Other than that the overall experience was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is beautiful and clean! It is so nicely decorated and well appointed with everything you could need. A short walk from the beach with a crossing traffic light. When I checked in with Coastal Properties, Judy was so nice! My family hopes to book this same cottage next year.

Peaceful Vacation

We chose this property for our vacation after reading all the positive reviews on cleanliness and comfort. The reviews were accurate. We had a great time and plan to be back! The walk to the beach was short, the pool was quiet (though I wish there was a cover because it was HOT), and the house was full of everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Not truly a complaint, but there was sand in one of the bedroom rugs (we moved it and sand poured onto the floor) and the drains in the main bedroom’s bathroom were slow. Overall, we almost cried when we had to leave because we had such a good time.

Awesome beach home

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks here. The home was a perfect size and lay out for my family. I was happy to have an adequately supplied (and very lovely) kitchen to cook in. It was easy to check in and out. The property management was helpful and kind. The location is awesome, being a short walk to the beach and short walk to the nature park trails. Everything was truly positive! Definitely recommend and cannot wait to go back!
