Newly updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath Avalon vacation home, with 3,360 sq ft located just two blocks from Front Street, where you’ll find all the restaurants, shops, casino, beach, complimentary use of a golf cart, and more.

Enjoy all the amenities you need to relax at your home away from home, including a fully stocked kitchen, open living space with a spacious deck with grill and outdoor dining for spending time with family or friends.

THE HOUSE
The open living space offers comfortable furnishings and lots of seating for relaxing. After a day at the beach, unwind while watching TV with your group or curl up with a good book in the private patio - perfect for catching some rays or enjoying your morning coffee.

Cook at home with the home's fully equipped kitchen, plenty of counters, a 4-burner gas stove and all the cooking essentials. Enjoy your meals at the 6-person dining table when you don't feel like eating out!

It’s easy to love being outside at this cozy Catalina Island vacation rental with a large private deck that includes an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs for sunny days and a gas grill, so get ready to cook outdoors!

This beautiful house is just a few blocks from Front Street, where you’ll find all the restaurants, shops, casino, beach and more. This home has everything you need and is just the place for your perfect Catalina Island vacation!

No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property –No pets- NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD MINIMUM TO RENT THIS HOME.

QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

Available on a nightly basis (3 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 4-night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Fabulous

We loved our time. This house has amazing community living spaces for hanging out! The master suite is incredible and the kitchen has everything for cooking/baking!. The only downsides were the bathroom downstairs, which had poor water flow from the shower. And no one ever responded to questions sent over VRBO messenger. Luckily, I was texted with information for check in the day before and was able to connect with someone. All in all, this is a beautiful, centrally-located house that we would definitely revisit!

This house is great. Great location, nice big areas for hanging out, kitchen was really nice, golf cart was clutch. My biggest feedback for anyone looking into this property is look at the beds available in the pictures. The listing says 10, but down below it recommends 6 adults and 2 children, while the "where you'll sleep" section only lists 3 beds if I remember correctly. This was even more frustrating as I'd booked a different house under the same company originally which listed 8 people for capacity but the pictures showed it had beds enough for 10. When our number flexed over 8 they said I'd need to book something else. Another thing, I've never had to sign a separate rental agreement when booking through vrbo so be aware that will be coming through email. Last thing, directions were slightly confusing because i assume they're boiler plate for all the properties, but many were erroneous or NA for this specific property. It was a great property for our stay, just slightly frustrating on those couple accounts.

This house is absolutely the best for those with a couple different families. Great upper (ocean view) and lower decks, kitchen is well appointed, The glass walls make ocean views in the morning over coffee a delight. The golf cart was indispensable. As always, this property keeps us coming back!

Check-in was very easy with a code. Kitchen was good. Lots of pots and pans for cooking. The gas grill was nice too. Wi-Fi access was good and the golf cart that was provided made a huge difference in the stay. In town rentals were very expensive so having a golf cart provided made the stay so much better. The property location was close to everything grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay celebrating my husbands 80th birthday with our family.

We stayed for two nights. The house is fully stocked, lots of dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms were comfortable. It was super handy to have a golfcart to use while we were there. We were close to down town another plus. We would love to stay here again!

Super Spacious and Great Location

Wow, such a big home! Room for everyone to spread out and have their own space and privacy both inside and out. Most bedrooms are downstairs and there's a main floor master bedroom. Lovely place for our famiy's getaway. The golf cart was super handy for those in our group who had a hard time walking on hills. Explore Catalina to the fullest in this centrally located home.

Lovely Time

We had a lovely time at this cozy property.It was conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and sightseeing locations. The golf cart made it so much easier to get around as well. It was very spacious & we had an absolute blast here!

Loved our stay

Stayed with some friends over the weekend and had a great time. Very spacious, somewhat older house but still very beautiful and homey. Easy check in and easy to use the golf cart and everything else. Our only complaint was it does get warm even mid september with no AC. They provided fans which was great but something to think about if staying in summer months. Besides that it was a great stay!

The property was very nice it accommodated our family we had 7 adults and 3 pre-teens. One thing would be nice is to have more towels something to think about with that many people. We were very comfortable in this property. We had a wonderful time, and the accommodation help tremendously. Thank you for letting us stay.

Perfect Location

This older home had an awesome location just a few blocks off the main strip. The house is very big with lots of amazing outdoor space. The house was musty when we got there so we opened the windows and that helped. I recommend leaving a window or two open when you go into town as the smell returns when the house is closed up. Well appointed house. Bring your own beach towels or rent some down by the beach. The early check in they allowed us was a huge bonus. Make sure to charge the golf cart as soon as you get there because we went to get a bunch of groceries and one of our party went back to get the golf cart to come pick us up and it was not running. We did get it working the next morning and it was a super awesome amenity. Very very fun.

Beautiful Catalina

It's hard to pick a place to rent when you aren't familiar with the area. But this home was true to it's description. We had 7 adults and 2 others staying elsewhere that joined us. The community areas are spacious with plenty of room for everyone including the kitchen/dining area, the outdoor patio table and 2 indoor seating areas on both floors. Un update on other reviews: there was a new coffee pot (but needed to purchase coffee), the BBQ wasn't working, but property managers were responsive and provided BBQ (tho we ended up not using). The home is on a bit of a hill, so we appreciated the very nice and fairly new electric golf cart. The primary bedroom and shower is very nice. Downstairs there is a bathroom w/ a somewhat small shower--but we managed. There was a strange noise coming from a locked downstairs room which we determined was a tankless water heater that was bothersome at times, but once we figured it out didn't lose any sleep over it. This home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the village area. I would definitely stay here again.
