We stayed at Sans Souci for a short visit to Pensacola Beach and overall had a great experience! The location was convenient, and everything was as expected. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors. They clearly hadn't been mopped, as our crawling baby ended up with black knees from being on them. Aside from that, everything else was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Just a little more attention to the floors would have made it even better!

Everything was wonderful Would be more convenient to have washer and dryer in the room but it all worked out. Overall a great location and wonderful experience

We stayed at this property and were not satisfied. The cleaning was not up to par. There was sand in the foot of the bed, sand on the floors, a snack pack behind the night stand. The furniture is extremely dated. The master bedroom furniture has to be at least 40 years old. The living room recliners has to be just as old also. The bedroom ceiling fan was loose and the switches to turn the fan and light on and off on the fan was clicking together all night. I tried to add video but couldn’t. The location was great but definitely wouldn’t stay in that unit. I sent the same information to the managers and none of them responded to our concerns. Both numbers we sent the information to said they would pass the information on and get back with us.

The condo was nice and the view great but one of the shower doors was broken and there was only one bag of soap products supplied even though there were two bathrooms.I did not like the check-in process. An email stated that the codes would be released the morning of arrival, which is fine, but it did not say anything about having to sign the agreement or send in pictures of DL or credit card first. So it was a pain to have to stop and do that after already being on the road. Why couldn't that have been done a day before??

Wonderful Ocean View

Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Nice balcony, right on beach with easy walk. Perfect spot to enjoy Blue Angels beach buzz. Highly recommend this condo!

Truly relaxing

We had a great time & really enjoyed our trip. Very convenient access to beach and pool. We liked the fact that the area was very private and located close to one of our favorite restaurants.

Will stay again!

Condo was great! Such a short walk to the beach. Everything was well maintained and was very quiet and peaceful compared to the main beaches and hotels. Love the view from the balcony. Will definitely plan a trip to stay here again!

Another Great Getaway

The condo was great. We had everything we needed and checking in/out was painless. I loved being steps from the gulf. Our stay was perfect.

Beach Vacation

Cute little condo. Clean, comfortable, great views, locals in the building are very nice. Even had a couple give us a few cool seashells they found! I love staying at San Souci.

Beautiful View

Gorgeous view of the gulf from the oceanfront balcony. Loved the location. Nice pool. Easy check in and accommodations were comfy. Loved that the building is gated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Pensacola Beach

The view was stunning and the location was convenient to one of the most popular restaurants on the island. The area was not in the busy center which we enjoyed in that we had less traffic and noise.

Summer 2022 Great Vacation

The property was well kept and great for a family vacation. The condo was clean and updated. All descriptions of the condo were accurate. We enjoyed our time at Sans Souci and our experience with Pensacola Beach Properties. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a Pensacola Beach family vacation.

Great property

This is a great property. Clean and nice. They had lots of amenities to help make the trip fun. Check in was easy. They communicated when the tv provider had to come in to fix cable. I would recommend.

Return to San Souci after 30 years

My parents owned a unit in San Souci for 15 yrs. We visited and stayed there many times. This was a family reunion and although my parents have passed on we had their 5 kids, their grandkids and some great grandkids. A trip down memory lane and love the improvements made since my last visit in 1995!
