Welcome to Fairway Oaks North Myrtle Beach! This charming condo offers a convenient location, near all the area’s amenities, yet a private, quiet spot that will make you feel away from it all. Wake up with coffee on the patio while you make plans for the day - the beach is less than a mile away, there’s golf onsite (extra fees apply), and you’re just minutes from the community pol, hot tub, and playground.

Highlights inside include plenty of space to gather, lots of natural light, vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a cozy gas fireplace. The updated kitchen will keep the chef happy, with a full suite of appliances, granite countertops, and lots of cabinet space. After a day in the sun, relax in the central AC while you watch a little TV or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Step out for dinner to one of many local restaurants, or enjoy a home-cooked meal at the large dining table. Rest will come easy in any of the three well-appointed bedrooms. Another perfect beach day awaits tomorrow - all that’s left to do is book.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fun in the sun

Had so much fun on our recent vacation in north Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean and well laid out. Close enough to the beach to walk and loved the nearby pool. It was a great location to have as home base as we explored all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with everything needed for a great vacation! Fully equipped kitchen, linens and smart tv. Pool is walking distance and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Definitely worth it!

Perfect Beach Vacation

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The first floor bedroom/bathroom was perfect for my parents who prefer to avoid stairs. The pool was within walking distance and we were usually the only group there. The beach was just a few minutes away from a public access point. We had a great stay and will certainly look for this listing again next year.

The condo was nice but needs updating, new pillows, better sheets and a deep clean! Great location for our needs and the neighbors were very nice.

Nice but not again.

The property was great. Location, size of rooms, the grounds, the pool, were all great. The cleaning service that was used was not very thorough. There was dust on the ceiling fan, dirt on the bannister, dirty refrigerator door, a broken dishwasher and disposal that we had to discover ourselves, along with open food containers, and a broken refrigerator door.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. However, the master bedroom needs an upgrade for the bed. It is listed as a Queen but that is a double and very uncomfortable for 2 adults. The thermostat would not turn down below 70. I reported it, even received a call from management, but nothing was done. It was very hot in this condo. I would gladly return if those 2 details were corrected.

To clarify, we ask guests to not set the thermostat lower than 70 degrees to protect the A/C coils from freezing over. We're sorry if this impacted your stay in a negative way but we do our best to keep the A/C in good working order so our guests will be comfortable. Lackluster rental property

Excellent location, disappointing property. We have friends in the same community and love the convenience of the beach access, distance to the grocery store and oceanfront dining. Unfortunately this property was lacking in many ways. It is obvious this is simply an investment property handled by a remote company. We had to ask cleaning to come back for a dirty bathroom and maintenance for a clogged tub. There were a few beach items such as chairs and an umbrella but you would need to provide everything else from salt&pepper to toilet paper and trash bags. If we had wanted to do laundry there was no indication we would need to bring / buy those items either. We have never stayed in a more sparsely stocked vacation home than this. There were no instructions on what items may or may not be provided, so I packed many house hold items incase and so thankful we did. The furnishings all appear to be from a thrift store with dirty couch/chairs and extremely uncomfortable beds. There were no extra blankets, pillows, towels or bath mats. The the shower only had one curtain so the water was always soaking the small towel like bath mat. This could be an excellent family rental if the bedroom furniture was updated as well as making the living spaces more comfortable. Fairway Oaks is a great community but sadly this specific unit is not.
