This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat it as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock. You will receive this code the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you).



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

This condo is very close to golf courses, dinner theaters, entertainment, and shopping. This condo is close to everything while remaining private.



Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, and swim in the pools! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Read reviews and was excited to stay in a “NEW” rental. When we walked in and on first impression, the place is dirty and not kept up. From the dirty marked up walls, floors and furniture to the front shower not working easily, we thought about spending money and going somewhere else. We didn’t as we weren’t going to be in room much, only to sleep, since we came down for a softball tournament.

The place is wonderful, just one block from the beach! Kitchen supplies are stocked and make cooking really easy. When we arrived the place was very clean and the owner answered all of my questions.

I liked the place overall. There was previous writing on the patio, the bed was broken and hard to sleep on. I like that it was a 2 minute walk to the beach and for the most part quiet.

The place is in a great location, and the condo is very nice and pretty. I do have to say that we found roaches on the bed and other places which is disgusting. The beds are also in bad shape, you sink in the middle. Everything else was great, if they would just address those 2 things it will be the perfect place for vacationing

Very nice little unit. The August 18th Terrible review by Beverly is way out of line. The unit was clean and mostly as described. Yes, the floors quickly get dirty and sandy. In Myrtle Beach there is sand everywhere for several blocks from the beach. You can't help but drag it in on your feet. The pictures shown are a very good representation of the place. There is one couch that is showing its age. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The unit nicely accommodated our 5 adults. Now, the TV and Internet did not work and that was a disappointment.

Great location and unit layout

The location is convenient to walking to the beach. Parking at the site was easy. We loved the porch and the layout of the unit. The rental company emailed and texted to check in with us and were responsive. The bed mattress/box springs need to be replaced. The exterior parts of the building were worn down. New sofas and finishes, and a better stocked kitchen would give it a better feel good factor. Overall it was decent. Location was a solid positive.

The place was dark and dirty and in need of multiple repairs on furniture and appliances. Internet and TV did not work. Furniture looked dirty (we covered one couch with a sheet). Floor was dusty and sandy and left the soles of my feet black. Advertising it as new and using the picture above sets a high expectation that was not met in the least. It is a dingy beach cottage not a new resort place.

We stayed at this VRBO in North Myrtle Beach this past weekend. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the smoothest. The communication before and during our stay was confusing and came across as a bit rude — we were told there would be security and check-in procedures, but that wasn’t the case, which made figuring out parking frustrating. On top of that, the neighbors above us were stomping around loudly until about 5 AM, which made it hard to get much rest.On the positive side, the condo itself had some great features. The view from the balcony and main bedroom was beautiful, and being just steps away from the beach was absolutely perfect for us.Overall, while we loved the location and scenery, the communication and noise issues did put a damper on our stay.

We were fairly pleased with the condo. The 2 queen bed mattresses were terrible to sleep on.!! They sunk in the middle and the 4 adults came home with Back aches!! The master shower was new but no shelf to put items like soap on. The couches were soiled. The add pictures the place was in better shape.

First, the good:-Excellent location, quick walk to the beach and plenty of dining options nearby.-Plenty of space in the unitNow, the bad. Or really, the awful:-Photos on listing show beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. All things you can reasonably expect to be included in a beach rental. Funny thing is, they're not actually available. False advertising and an additional cost to go out and purchase for a few days.-The beds. My god the beds. There are 2 queen beds in the unit and they are both beyond repair. Broken mattress (think sinking 6-8" down in the middle) and broken box springs. My bad for not reading the reviews before booking, but if you look back at reviews, this has been a known and reported issue for well over a year. I contacted the listers and got a generic "thank you for reporting the concern, we will look into it" which I am sure is what was said 16 months ago as well. Do better.-The sheer number of emails and texts you receive will make you mad. They're constant. On top of that, the check in/check out communications seem to be a default used for all of their properties as much of what is included is completely irrelevant to this rental.You can find better, much better. Big Fish Rentals, you should be ashamed.

This unit has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, and oceanfront views. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! The great pool area and lazy river area are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!
