Rústico Roost was perfect for our stay over Christmas. The kitchen was very well equipped making it easy to cook a nice meal and store left overs! The house was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend this place and would stay again!

Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved that the neighborhood was a little more removed from the busyness of other areas. We would stay here again. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Quiet and Convenient!

We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and loved it! Great community that was quiet and convenient to get to nearby attractions. House was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely stay again.

Holiday Family Gathering

Loved the property. It was extremely clean and comfy! The kitchen was well stocked, but if you are not a fan of Keurig coffee, hop over to Walmart and grab a cheap drip coffee maker. The maker and the coffee will end up being less expensive than the pods. There is no outdoor seating, though it is listed on the ad, but it really didn't bother us too much. We did not get a chance to visit the pool, but it certainly looked fun! The only issue we had in the neighborhood was a couple of loud mornings due to construction work,(but that's just how new these houses are) AND one night, some teenagers came through the neighborhood banging on doors and letting the air out of residents' tires. The police were called, and they showed up very, very quickly. We never felt unsafe.

Our first impression was a tick on the stair landing wall. We contacted the property; who said, "Ticks are generally not harmful if they are not attached to a person or pet." ....uhh true....black widows aren't harmful either as long as they don't bite you...They conceded to spraying the house the next day. That did NOT happen. We found another tick a few days later! My dog is going to the vet today to make sure she does't have any ticks on her. :(Also we moved the couch back a few inches to play a game and found TONS of crumbs and candy bar wrappers. The "community pool" is actually in the NEXT community over so you have to drive to it. That would have been nice to know. Also bring your own pickle ball paddles and balls. Usually homes that say they have access to courts provide paddles, not this one. Bring your own laundry detergent as well; that wasn't provided either.

The home has been professionally treated, and additional preventative measures have been put in place to ensure this does not happen again. We completely understand how unsettling that experience must have been, especially when traveling with a pet, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have also addressed the cleanliness concerns you noted and have followed up with our team to ensure our standards are consistently met. Additionally, we’ve updated our listing details to better clarify information regarding the community pool location, as well as what is and is not provided at the property, so future guests know exactly what to expect. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us improve, and we’re very sorry again that your stay did not meet expectations.
