Great cabin

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The house met all expectation plus some. It was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, beds were comfortable.Location into pigeon forge is great!Pool was on the cooler side for us (we keep ours at 88-90), but property manager promptly turned up the heat when asked.The communication with the property manager was exceptional. We would absolutely stay again

Our extended family stayed at the cabin for the weekend. It was as the description and pictures said. The location to Dollywood was great.

We loved our cabin and the location ! We were convenient to everything! We had plenty of room and with all the amenities there was plenty to entertain all ages ! We will be back !!!

Great escape, with everything!

This place has it all. From a ton of game, inhouse pool, hot tub, theater room. It truly was an amazing place. Great views, you never have to leave the place to have a great time with the family. I would definitely recommend it to eveeyone. We cant wait to book again. Lloved it

Cannot say enough good things about our stay at Patriot Point! First- the location is excellent! Took us less time to get to Dollywood than to park and get into the actual park. Also close to Gatlinburg and Anakeesta. Very easy access to everywhere! Additionally, so much to do inside the house-pool, air hockey, pop-a-shot, and many more. The pool was perfect size for our kiddos! And being able to open the garage door to get fresh air or just sit in the sun was such a bonus. The owners were extremely helpful and quick with all questions! Would love to stay here again in the future!

Christmas Cabin

We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this cabin. It was very clean and very pretty. Worked perfect for our family of 15. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do with the game room and pool. We had plenty of parking. Our host was amazing and always got right back to us anytime we had a question. We would book this cabin again.

Book it fast. No Regrets

If you have a large group or even if you don’t, this is a fantastic location to rent for a stay around Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Don’t even look further as I do a lot of research before I rent a house. We have 16 in our family ranging from five months to 58 and some days we would’ve rather stayed at the house, then gone touring. Absolutely all of the attractions in the house were well-maintained and worked. It only took us five minutes to get to Dollywood and the Parkway where all the fun stuff is. I really can’t say enough. This was our favorite house.

Large Family, Great Stay

We had a great stay at this cabin!! There was plenty of room for games and relaxing throughout the cabin (12 adults 6 kids). The multiple living spaces made it possible for some of our group to be relaxing while the kids engaged in a nerf battle. :) The outdoor hot tub was perfect on a chilly evening, and the kitchen was well stocked for our post-Thanksgiving family get together meal. The cabin was very clean and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay and Brittany was wonderful to work with when we had any issues! Overall the cabin was amazing, there were a few minor issues that we ran across but nothing major. The views are amazing and there is plenty of room in the cabin. We had a family of 10, 5 adults and 5 kids and there was not an issue with space. We loved the fact that the property has easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. The drive up to the cabin is very steep, so just be prepared for that:). We we very happy with Bliss Vacations and will not hesitate to book with them again.

Everything You Need

Loved our stay! With pool, hot tub, game room, theater, outdoor fire pit, bbq grill and several televisions, there was no need to leave the premises. Our family enjoyed playing pool and playing in the pool as well as air hockey, video games and the family poker tournament. The loaded coffee station and the S'mores supplies were a nice touch. We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise view to the east and the sound of the tropical birds at nearby Parrot Mountain. Communication with our host was perfect and the weather was wonderful. Our little vacation turned out much better than expected!

Great place to stay!

We booked this vacation for our parents and all of the family to stay together. Total guest's was 14 of us. The age range was between 11 and 72. It was absolutely perfect! Everyone enjoyed the location. It was quiet and in the middle of nowhere but also close enough to everything with a 5, 10 or 20 min drive to all the attractions. The driveway is very, very steep and narrow. I would suggest maybe taking some extra bath towels for family. The beds were all very comfy. The sleeper sofas not so much. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. I would definitely recommend for your next vacation. The host was amazing and very nice to commwith as well.

Very nice easy to get downtown

Place was very big and very nice. Close to all the places you would want to go. Secluded and a great view of the mountains. We got to see a bear while on the property! Only issue was trash pick up. Trash from last guest was still there and once pick up wasn’t picked up again and with 14 people trash was full in two days and we had to keep it in the house. Would be nice if trash was picked up more that once a week. But communication with property owner was easy and very helpful. Overall a very nice place and would recommend anyone to stay there.

Nice Experience

The property was really nice. My favorite part of the stay was the communication with the host, Brittany. When we arrived at the property the cleaners had not cleaned it as she thought. She was quick to get them to the cabin and they did a good job and were done fast. The only negative, which is beyond the host's control, were the stink bugs that decided they wanted to stay in the cabin with us. Brittany sent us a remedy to help get rid of them, or at least keep them at bay. Other than that, and the road up to the cabin being really narrow and sort of steep, I don't have any other negative items. Overall, it was a really nice house with a great host in a beautiful location.

Wonderful place for family time and just minutes from everything else

We had our adult daughters and their families. Each family took a turn at making dinner for everyone. Plenty of space to do this and we ate very well for the week! Each family had their own area which made it really nice. The checkerboard upstairs our granddaughters liked. Us adults enjoyed the pool table, air hockey and video game machine. Our favorite spot was down on the fenced in patio where it was quite warm and usually sunny for awhile even for April. Loved having the enclosed pool- sometimes had overhead door open and as sun moved and cooled the air a little we closed the door and swam some more! Brittany was very easy and pleasant to help with anything we needed prior to arrival and after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! And our granddaughters learned how to make some mores and see how pizza pies are made over an open fire. Thank you Brittany for a very enjoyable time

Great bones needs attention

To make it quick the property meaning the a tual house, view, rooms etc where great! But during our stay the pool heater was out and we stayed in February so pool was unusable unless you liked to polar dip. The arcade machine didnt work. The air hockey didnt work properly had no air hockey puck and was so wobbly you couldnt lean on it while playing or bump it to hard. Internet was spotty, though during our trip it was raining so that may have contributed. At least the hot tub worked but all in all we had 5 kids we brought to have a fun 5 days vacation and everything kid oriented wasnt working. Also one big thing is the road up to the house is steep and very narrow and you should take caution and prepare especially if you go at night or during rain or both like we did. Despite all of this the house and location is so amazing we would stay again we would just make sure everything had been fixed before booking
