at our "Desert Steampunk Studio," located in beautiful Southern Arizona (Tucson). The newly built space has Italian tiled floors, a paint pallet inspired by the 1920s Great Gatsby era, and southwestern furniture for an iconic golden age feel. The location is a rural hat-trick sitting on the edge of a natural desert valley with beautiful mountain views and stunning sunsets. It is close to fantastic desert hikes and minutes from downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona, and some of the territory's best restaurants. It's truly a unique desert stay!

Thoughtfully warm reception from Milan! The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay at Tucson with our fur baby. It felt as if we were staying with family or friend. The porch light was left on for us and upon arrival, there were snacks and refreshments; which was much needed after driving from Cottonwood. Wished we stayed long enough to enjoy a fireside s’more or explore the backyard. We would stay there again!

Great place to stay

Quiet location with a view. Close to many hiking opportunities as well as in town services. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for us.

We wanted to stay close to family, so this was perfect for us. It was close to main roadways so easy to get there from the airport etc.close to family

Cozy with beautiful view

Cool place to stay

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was very clean and we had zero issues during our stay. Beautiful views of the desert and mountains outside. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Renting in the share economy is always a roll of the dice for both the renter and rentee. Working with people through the VRBO system has been wonderful for my family and we always seem to have the nicest people stay with us. My thinking is that the vast majority of people are kind, sweet and graceful. Thank you for enjoying our space and we are glad you had a wonderful time.

Awesome place!

Location was great with a really nice view of the desert and mountains from the back patio, and was perfect for looking at the stars at night. The house was very clean and nicely maintained. It had a very comfortable home feel with everything we needed to make it a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, terrific stargazing

Shawn is an awesome host! Shawn is very friendly and offered lots of information about hiking and the area.. the property was just perfect for me and was very clean and comfortable. I Wouk’s highly recommend this accommodation. Plus, the stargazing is awesome too!

pleasant and convenient with friendly host

This room was quiet, comfortable, spacious, and clean. Convenient location near food and tourist destinations. Milan was very welcoming and helpful, and supplied us with some excellent snacks. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. The place was a little hard to find after dark, as it is in an unlit neighborhood(a nice thing!) and the street signs are old and dim, so I recommend arriving during daylight. We would stay here again.

When you travel down a road and it is dark, and the signs are old and dim you know there is a history, a story, a place that has existed for a minute past last week, last month, last year. It's a home where children have come and gone and come and gone again. A street where the neighbors all know each other and take care of each other. A place where you can watch the sky and dust split light to create luscious colors of red, yellow, and purple as the sun sets in the evening and rises in the morning. A space where when you look at the sky in the dead of night you can see stars by the thousands and hear the desert whisper to you. So glad you love the experience, come again, watch the sun, and drink your coffee while the universe stares back at you. Cheers

Wonderful and private

We stayed here while in town for the Gem and Mineral Shows and its location was absolutely perfect. In a short time we were able to get everywhere we needed. Central location to so much. Property was clean and well decorated. Easy entry and great communication with owner. Looking forward to staying here next year!

Business Trip in Tucson

We rented this lovely place while in Tucson for a week. It was immaculate and well stocked. The location was ideal, just out of the bustle of the city yet very convenient. The hosts wee amazing, considerate and very friendly. It is our go-to place whenever in Tucson.

If only VRBO supported emojis for guest reviews, it would be Heart, Shooting Star, and Dancing Girl. Sometimes while renting out your place, you gain new friends. Jill and Anita are those kinds of people. We had great conversations and learned that we were connected with folks in the same industry. They were easy to work with and very respectful. Jill and Anita are wonderful people and are welcome to stay in the future. We recommend them 100% to all VRBO hosts.

Wonderful stay- great location and fabulous hosts.

We loved our stay at this property. The hosts were friendly, helpful and super responsive. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were soft and fluffy, and the hosts did a great job with amenities. They provided all soaps, shampoos, etc. and lots of litter extras like chocolate, trail mix, water, etc. The location was quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. A great place overall and we would definitely stay here again.
