Beautiful view

The view is absolutely beautiful!!! Everything is updated and very nice! Check-in was super easy! Very family friendly area! Beach was awesome! So many restaurants, shops and grocery store within walking distance. This is my new favorite place to stay in Hilton Head!

Best vacation ever!

This is our 3rd year booking here. Room is always clean and organized. Owner is always polite and helpful with any questions you might have. Beautiful view of beach and very convenient to shops and eateries. I highly recommend this for a wonderful vacation! We will be booking again.

Cozy beachfront condo

This condo has everything a couple or small family would need! In the heart of Coligny beach. Easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The unit is well appointed with all the comforts you’ll need inside along with beach chairs and umbrella for chilling by the sea.

Close to it all

Loved the location, oceanfront, view of the ocean, near Coligny, which is right across the street. Close walking to many good restaurants. Easy walk right out the front of the ort to the beach and has a pool for those that don't like the beach...

Incredible view

Perfect beach front getaway

This condo was the perfect size for our small family of four and had a beautiful view! Donna had plenty of recommendations for local establishments and had some basic amenities ready when we arrived. We had a small issue that she responded to immediately and remedied it before I could even open my suitcase!!!

Great host and good location

Donna was very responsive and an outstanding host. She answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. When there was a minor problem (sink draining slowly) she had it taken care of immediately. The Breakers is on a really nice wide beach. It is near public beach access so beach was busy on July days, but it was fine. The unit was clean and comfy, has a lovely beach view from the balcony, and although it isn’t big it was nice for a 2-person stay. We don’t like shopping so I was a little hesitant about staying right at Coligny, but we really enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go: restaurants, grocery, church, live music. We parked our car in a convenient spot right under the building and didn’t move it again until we left at the end of the week.

Lovely villa, incredible view!

The villa is efficiently designed to make use of every inch, and it was just the right size for my teenage son and me. He used the pull-out couch (too tall for the bunks!), and he said it’s super comfortable and slept well the whole week. The bedroom has open shelves that provided welcome storage, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the villa was very well-maintained. Of course, the main attraction is the view!! The oceanfront setting was worth every penny, and watching storms roll over the water was amazing! We really appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas available to use, and it was a quick and easy walk to the beach. The Breakers property is quite busy, so having a guaranteed parking space was wonderful. The entire property was clean, well maintained, and felt very safe. I’ll miss walking that gorgeous beach until we can make it back again!

We love to come to Hilton Head. We have stayed in this Villa the last 2 years Clean and plenty of room. Wonderful location. Shopping, beach and food all within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Cozy 1Bedroom with Gorgeous view

This was the first property we rented through VRBO, and it couldn't have been better. The description of the 1bedroom is spot on. The view is simply perfect. I'm one who gets a little crazy over details and little things, but after settling in, it was such a pleasure to stay in this well maintained unit. The host responded quickly to all my questions and provided lots of extra details. We made a lot of our meals in the room. So, although, other reviews mentions the small kitchen, it has everything you need to cook any meal. We have always stayed at Disney's Hilton Head, thinking there just was nowhere as beautiful, but we were wrong. Staying in this unit was a welcome departure, and we intend to stay again and would recommend it to anyone in our family. There is a little thumping from above once in a while, but I think we just had heavy -footed neighbors. We just weren't bothered by it and it was not often. I suspect most units like this will have some sort of footsteps. No smoking was evident from any balcony which was a pleasant surprise. It's perfect for a couple but can squeeze in a younger child or two. We'll be back! Just what we wanted and needed.

Breakers 239

The condo and location were top notch. But if you are a non smoker and enjoy sitting on the balcony it was difficult. Smoke coming from adjacent balconies was overwhelming. Also some kind of construction was going on in the unit of above us until 3am. These things are out of our hosts control.

AWESOME!

What a GREAT VACATION. I would highly recommend the Breakers location. My boyfriend and I couldn't believe that we stayed at such a PERFECT location and the OCEAN view was the BEST! My Host was GREAT! I WOULD DEFINITELY consider a RETURN trip!

Great location!!

Stayed in nicer places before but not a better location for a view of the Atlantic and walking distance to the nearby restaurants. The villa was clean and well appointed. Aged but well taken care of.

perfect location

A cozy unit with a great location to everything you need. This was our first visit to Hilton Head and we had a very relaxing time. The unit was cozy but had everything we needed. Property own had great communication and was quick to reply to any questions.

Location, location, location!

Donna’s condo is the perfect get away for a couple. It is small, but adorable! We had coffee on the patio every morning and really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. After breakfast we would go to the ocean, which is just a short walk away. There is also a pool but it was just too hot. We loved having the beach chairs available to sit right at the waters edge. Coligny Plaza is just across the parking lot with a grocery store, many shops, wine tasting, ice cream and restaurants. We only needed a vehicle to drive to Bluffton one day and to go to a few restaurants that friends had recommended. All of which were only a few miles away. Donna was very helpful with recommendations and checked on us several times over our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. This was our first time to HHI and we hope to return. Would definitely stay here again.

Vacation for two

Our vacation was about rest and relaxation. This condo was the perfect size for two people. There is plenty of room for kids too. It was clean and nicely decorated. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do. There are so many nearby restaurants and shops. It was nice not having to drive everywhere. Great vacation. Donna the owner is great and attentive. We would stay here again. Only down side was that we had some really noisy vacationers above us. We think they brought their pet elephant with them. Haha

Donna is great to work with. The condo was clean and perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Donna provided things such as lots of towels, wash clothes, trash bags and dish detergent which makes your stay that much easier. :)

Great location and view

Absolutely loved having a great balcony right over the beach. We also had great views of beautiful deer and bunnies living in the brush. So easy to get to the beach, tiki bars, and Coligny. Donna was super responsive. Worked well for 2 adults. As others have noted, the bedroom is quite small.

We came across the Breakers in 1999 , our niece was working at Steamers at the time which was located next door where seacrest property rests now! We noticed the incredible oceanfront location on the North end and fell in love! We had always rented on South Forest Beach Ocean side! We went through villa 239 that Saturday My husband and I fell in love with the Oceanftont view, our daughter Megan Mae who was 5 at the time fell in love with the Kids Beach cot bunk beds!
So there you have it we had made our family beach villa decision! The villa needed instant care so we went through a cosmetic upgrade and then years later went through a major renovation! We call it our little slice of heaven! We hope you enjoy it too!
