The surfboard and beach-inspired décor will have you dreaming of the days of sun and sea. Adjoining this room is a huge, tiled bathroom with a massive walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second bedroom that showcases a queen-sized bed and gives off an old-world farmhouse vibe with its four-poster bed and quilt in shades of blue and white. The ensuite bathroom brings in the modern touches with the sleek cabinetry pulls and dark turquoise colored tile in the walk-in shower. Both lower-level rooms offer sliding glass door access to the covered patio.

The staircase will lead you up to a large open living, kitchen and dining area your family will surely enjoy. The space combines modern amenities with touches of rustic charm and nautical décor. Relax after a long day of fishing on the leather sofa with electric recline or curl up on the fabric sofa with a good book. The fabric sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping for two guests. The kitchen has all you’ll need to whip up scrumptious vittles for the family. The dining table will seat six and the island can accommodate four more.

The master bedroom is upstairs, and you’ll feel like a king (or queen) when you climb up into this tall king-sized bed. The adjacent bathroom is regal too and features two vanities that are more furniture pieces than cabinetry. You’ll love preparing for the day, or washing away the salt and sand, in the walk-in shower. Experience canal life as you relax in the rocking chairs on the “crow’s nest” you can access through the sliding glass doors of the master.

Hoist the Jolly Roger and set sail for the day from the 66-foot boat dock. When you return with your booty, prepare your day’s catch at the fish-cleaning station that is outfitted with power and water. The neighbors will know you’re no landlubber by the smell of your fish cooking on the available smoker. Wile away the evening on the patio that is stocked with a bar, outdoor fridge and sink. This home also comes with two kayaks for guests to explore the canals around the home.
