1825 Barn - Only 10 minutes to the Dreams Park! The original post and beam frame of the 1825 Barn was constructed c 1825. This home is actually 2 very early post and beam frames that were joined together. Your skilled host has built a contemporary home within the vintage framework. The result is a welcoming ambiance that combines the warmth and interest of re-purposed wood and modern amenities.

This rental enjoys an open and easy flow between living, dining, kitchen, and the outside patio. The entrance to the home is wheelchair friendly. To further accommodate guests there is a bedroom with a bath ensuite on the first floor. There is another bath off the common area on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath on the second floor.

1825 Barn shares the 35-acre well-groomed grounds, with two neighboring rental properties owned by the same host. Get to know other baseball tournament families and share baseball stories by the large built in firepit under the stars. The property backs up to the Fly Creek Cider mill; your host maintains a footpath to the Fly Creek Cider Mill for easy access.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Where Dreams are Made

The Barn is a charming home with lovely hosts. We were very comfortable with our 6 guests. We visited for the area the CDP baseball experience. The location of the rental was easy for quick trips into downtown Cooperstown or to the park in Milford. We went to and from multiple times each day. We enjoyed using the kitchen and eating in some nights, but finding dining options nearby too. The property is expansive and beautiful. Our non-CDP kids enjoyed the space for whiffle ball, camp fire, and playing catch. It was especially fun to have teammates’ family in a separate rental on the property for hanging out together. The full size washer and dryer were used multiples times during our week long visit. We recommend this rental and would stay again if our travels take us back to Fly Creek.

Great stay for Cooperstown baseball

This home (including the kitchen) had everything we needed for our stay in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament. The location was excellent and the host was friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend.

This guy s a very nice house! It is stocked with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host, Rob was quick to respond to messages. The location is very close to the Cooperstown attractions and the Fly Creek Cider Mill (Walking distance). We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Dream Park. The location was great, as it is about a 15 minute drive. It is also located within 7 minutes of 2 different grocery stores and another 10 minutes to downtown Cooperstown. The house itself was quiet and had a nice outdoor patio where we ate and overall was a very good option for us and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend

Great weekend getaway!

The owners were wonderful! Great location to hit many local attractions (Cooperstown, Breweries, Cider Mill). The house was perfect for our group and nicely stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed having morning coffee outside on the patio and wine around the fire pit at night. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Enjoyed the large rolling country property. The house was immaculate. Great communication and support from owners.it is a very short and easy ride to Cooperstown Village. Great option to stay at for baseball lovers.

Weekend Stay

Very clean with everything you need. Quick ride to downtown, bars, distilleries, museum & lake. Beautiful scenery. Plenty of room in the property & outside. We had a very enjoyable long weekend.

Great place for our boys' weekend in Cooperstown. Easy drive to the Hall of Fame. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy when we decided to stay in and grill dinner one evening. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with.

Cooperstown Dreams Park Trip

Lovely property. Very easy, comfortable stay. Beautiful pond with frogs and a turtle. House and landscaping well cared for and clean. Loved Cooperstown!!!! Such a charming town in the center of some of the most beautiful landscaping I’ve ever seen! Will be returning and would love to stay here again.

Nice and very practical!

What I appreciated most about 1825 Barn was it's practicality. Everything works and works well. It was well stocked-- kitchen supplies, towels, pillows, fans, etc. Instructions were clear and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

Visited with our adult daughters = 6 adults. Enough space for us. Nice size table - we could do a puzzle at one end while eating at the other. Fire pit was a nice night of toasting marshmallows for s’mores. Called for help with the tv channels - response and resolution was great. Called for a pan to bake brownies - response/delivery of a pan was quick. We’d definitely return. Thank you for everything!

Amazing!!

This house was amazing! We had plenty of space, was clean and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The property was beautiful. The walking trail to fly creek was well maintained and easy to follow. The other two houses on the property were rented by other families from our team. We were all able to do s’mores by the fire pit, kids played wiffle ball, played on the playground, went fishing in the ponds. Only a 10 minute drive to dreamspark. Would highly recommend!!
