I personally call Fly Creek my home because I love being in a small town that is still close to Cooperstown attractions. You will often find me getting ice cream and feeding the ducks with my boys at the cider mill or having some sangria at Pail Shop. (Sangria at Sunset at Pail Shop on Wednesdays in the summer is a MUST). There are a lot of investors in the area who live in the cities which is great but I find it to be so valuable that I also call Fly Creek my home and can give you recommendations and suggestions based on what my family and I also love to do!

About the house -
Downstairs you will find the master bedroom with a California king bed and 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers. There is a sun porch that overlooks the large private backyard with Oaks Creek. Upstairs is 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed and a twin bed and another bathroom with another walk in shower. There is a living room downstairs and a lounge/bar area upstairs. There are televisions in the living room, loft, and downstairs bedroom. There is a washer and dryer upstairs as well as downstairs The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need including a coffee/tea/hot chocolate.

There is a driveway on each side of the home. You can park up to 4 cars comfortably. The house is on the main road in Fly Creek and therefore very central to all Cooperstown amenities!

I live in Fly Creek myself just a few miles away and always make sure I'm reachable if you need anything during your stay!

Fly Creek is a beautiful hamlet of Cooperstown. It has growing tourist attractions such as the Fly Creek Cider Mill, Pail Shop Vineyards and even the Fly Creek General Store is well known for its local charm and good food! Cooperstown is of course famous for the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum but has lots of other attractions as well including Otsego Lake, many wineries and breweries, Glimmerglass Opera, the Farmers Museum, and The Fenimore Art Museum to name a few!

This home is in a main road in Fly Creek, close and convenient to everything, but not in the back hills of the town. Children are welcome just please note that the home is on a creek. To get to the creek from the backyard there is a drop off down a small hill. So please be sure children are supervised in the yard.
