Darrin arrived and immediately started asking to cancel because the yard was too small for the kids to play. I offered to let him cancel and I'd refund any days that were rebooked by someone else. He chose to stay and from there made claims that our place was dirty and that his family spent their time cleaning our place. I asked for pictures of any before and after cleans and didn't receive any. They left our place even messier with trash all over the place and our cleaner charged extra for cleaning. He also spent his time during and after trying to get us to refund him money for the "cleaning" that never happened. We've already disputed this review with VRBO and have sent them all of the pictures and text correspondence.
