Great place!

House was clean and extremely convenient location! Walking distance to the local restaurant and bars. And it was super nice having the pool right off the house after a day at the beach. Will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great. Enjoyed the beach each day and the restaurants at night. We didn't have a bad meal anywhere. The pool area was great and the bonus this week was nobody else was in the complex until Friday night.Look forward to next year but we'll start 1 day earlier.

We had a great time, the location was great for taking strolls. We wete a 5 minute drive to the beach and Birding Center and a hlf hour drive to the Natioal Seashore. The property was perfecy for 3 couples. We had our own bedroom and bathroom.

Port Aransas Beach Stay

This townhouse is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a problem with the TV and the property managers were quick to get the problem fixed and checked back with us to make sure that Spectrum came out and all was well. The house is well located in town and we walked to restaurants and shopping. The beach is nearby.Check in and check out was super easy and done by text messages.

Great place! Everything was close in proximity! This condo had plenty of room with all three rooms having king size beds. The pool was just outside the back door. Will stay again.

Perfect location

This place is nicely updated and we enjoyed the decor and the living room was relaxing. The balcony was nice to enjoy the outside as well! Itā€™s close enough to the beach but perfectly close to downtown PortA! Loved that it was close to restaurants we enjoy & a grocery store! Only thing is I wish we had a little Olive oil since we forgot butter at the store. The pans could also be updated. But overall Iā€™d definitely stay there again

Nice enough

The property is nice; however, the refrigerator leaked water on the floor the whole time, the cabinets above microwave are filled with mold causing an asthma attack the bathroom sink in the bedroom off kitchen would not drain properly. The stairs inside are dangerous

Beach week

Location was good ,close to beach. Beds very comfy and nice linens. Pool was very nice with some shade.kitchen well equipped except for skillets.the non stick surface was peeling off and not useable. Requested a new one ā€¦. Never got one! Also ice maker and wine cooler didnā€™t work. We rented a golf cart for the week and enjoyed it a lot .

Best Place Ever ā™„

We were coming to Port Aransas for my son's wedding at La Palmilla Beach & Golf Resort/Community. This turned out to be the PERFECT place to stay. The location is ideal for getting around everywhere in Port A. The downstairs bedroom with it's own bathroom and sitting area provided the necessary privacy for the younger couple who were staying out later partying than us. They were able to come and go without bothering the older folks upstairs. The upstairs (really the main floor) was awesome. 2 big master bedrooms with large on suite bathrooms, plus a half bath just off the living room. The beds were super comfy and everything was clean and perfect. The living room was comfy and inviting for visiting with friends and family. The kitchen and dining area was ideal. We absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool. Not that we had time to watch much television, but there was a large TV in EVERY bedroom and both the upstairs living room and little sitting room downstairs had TVs as well. If you don't have to be right on the beach, this is the PERFECT place to stay. The property management company can even arrange a gold cart rental for you too. And best of all, you can bring your fur baby with you as well -- our sweet Finley does not miss a trip! I would give this place more than 5 STARS if I could. You won't be disappointed.

Great location, plenty of room!

This townhouse was very nice and clean, and in a great location close to restaurants. The beach was a short drive way. My family loved the pool on the early warm days and the development is well maintained. The beds were comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom is very convenient with extra guests. The bathroom bowl sinks was a huge design flaw. Not suitable for short people! I am tall and they were a pain to use. Comfortable outdoor furniture would be nice instead of the broken furniture that has been left there. It was disappointing that property management did not address some concerns that previous renters had mentioned in the reviews. Items that are very easy to address. I rented for over a month and It took them a couple weeks to address some small requests that I brought up when I first got there. It was November, the slow season. Text messages were responded to promptly but no action until I had to ask a few times, which is uncomfortable and wrong when someone is trying to enjoy their stay. I always leave a maintenance list when we stay for a month. Not for complaining, but just a ā€œheads upā€.This unit could use some immediate attention before bigger problems arise and before the big season begins. I am hoping for the owners sake, the mgmt company addresses the list.

Fall in PA

Amazing time! We love Port A in the Fall as it is less crowded. The house was perfect! Very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. Great location close to the beach but even closer to the bars and restaurants that we enjoy. I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and had everthing we need. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing negative that I have to say is that the bathroom sinks with the bowls were too high. I am not very tall so it made if a little awkward washing my hands.

Great Place For Families

We enjoyed our stay. Good location. Nicely decorated. Pool had some debris. One indoor rug was in need of cleaning but overall the place was very nice. Would stay there again.

Beautiful home in a quiet community that is located in Old Town. December in Texas didn't disappoint and we had a fabulous time at the beach and in the pool. Home was very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful place!

We had such a great time and loved the house so much. When we arrived everything was clean and looked inviting! Our only complaint was the amount of mosquitoes. We think there needs to be a mosquito service booked if not done already. The rooms were perfect and so comfortable. The location is great and close to everything we needed. Suggestions: more cleaning supplies if staying a while so we can contribute more to cleaning
