You can access the balcony from either the living area or the master bedroom and enjoy the incredible views! The large tiled balcony show-cases brand new, top-of-the line outdoor furniture: high-boy table and four chairs, standard table and four chairs & two loungers allowing you to enjoy a private view of the Gulf, catch an early morning sunrise or a breathtaking sunset or a starlit night sky or entertain family and friends in style and comfort. Guest Access: Our guests may access the beach, (tower) outdoor pools, kiddie pools and whirlpools with condo rental and the fine-dining restaurant and bar located atop The Club House, 2 DVD rental machines and an ATM machine in the Lobby of The Club House.

Club Level Access: For an additional fee through The Beach Club, you and your guests can also gain access to The Club’s fully-equipped fitness center, men's and women's locker rooms with saunas and steam rooms, kids gaming room and The Club House pools featuring a heated indoor and heated outdoor pool, children's pool, whirlpool and poolside bar and grill and ping-pong. (please contact me for Guest Club fees that are additional for these amenities)

This full service resort also boasts a European health spa with treatment and massage rooms (treatment fees available at the front desk), continually maintained hydro-clay tennis courts (and tennis lessons!), basket ball court, shuffle board & horse shoes, a playground, Village Market and Grill and the Village Mercantile, which offers the latest in beach attire and gifts.

For the avid golfer, less than 2 miles away from the Beach Club is the world renowned Kiva Dunes, one of Golf Digest's 100 greatest public courses for 2006 and also the outstanding Peninsula Golf Club only 4 miles away.

Take Hwy 59 south to Hwy 180 (Fort Morgan Road). Turn right. The Beach Club is 11.5 miles down Ft. Morgan Road on the left (look for water tower).
