The 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps six and is the perfect home for your next vacation.  Situated up above Morro Bay, there are breathtaking views of the ocean, bay, and hills.  The vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen, balcony and patio area, dining area, large living spaces, billiards room with a wet bar, fire places, and a large back yard with kennel for your pets.  

The Space:
Bedroom #1: Queen bed with Smart TV and cable channels and closet.  Sleeps 2.

Bath #1:  Full bath with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #2:  Queen bed, Sleeps 2 with closet.

Bedroom #3: Master Bedroom with King sized bed, big screen TV with cable channels, small sofa, library with plenty of books, Fireplace, access to backyard patio, and plenty of views over the valley.

Master Bathroom: His and her sinks, walk in Shower with shower head and hand held sprayer, jacuzzi tub, and private toilet, connected to enormous walk in closet.

Living Areas:
The  Home features large living spaces, furnished with luxurious and modern interiors.  The living room features large fireplace and comfortable couches.  Enjoy a movie night on the 75" TV, put some music on the stereo, and have some drinks out on the balcony that opens out from the dining area and Kitchen.  Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for a large family!

Billiards room and Bar:  Enjoy a few games of pool or chess in the billiard room that is immediately adjacent to the living room, has its own fireplace and bar, opens up to the back yard and boasts incredible views.
