Welcome to a Downtown SLO Contemporary upscale condo within walking distance to many activities, boutiques and restaurants. San Luis Obispo boasts year-round warm weather and a short distance to some of the best beaches, wine country and many outdoor activities. San Luis Obispo was named the happiest city in America. Not long after, Oprah Winfrey sent her team to check out what makes it the happiest place in the US and saw how San Luis Obispo might be most well-known for exceptionally great tasting wines, remarkable farm to fork cuisine and a charming downtown. This roomy condo has solid surface counters and floors throughout. Enjoy the lovely SLO weather as you sip your morning coffee or evening libation of choice on the comfortable balcony. BBQ and eat out on the table on the side patio. You can finish the evening off with a scoop of hand-made gelato or ice cream as you wander the downtown area.

One parking pass provided. Let us know if you wish to purchase additional passes.

Information for future guest, the City of SLO is working on constructing a building across the street from the Loft. Working hours are 7am to 4pm.

Great location

We loved our month-long stay at this property. My only suggestion would be to get one of those carts to help guests bring their bags up without having to carry all their baggage by hand.

An enjoyable stay!

Great location. Condo arranged so that a month long stay with visitors stopping by now and then went smoothly: 2 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 good size bathrooms, and 3 TVs. Parking pass made parking very convenient.

What a great place!

We spent a fantastic month in this beautiful and spacious condo; the downtown location is perfect for easy access to shopping, restaurants, great walks, and EV charging. Didn't want to leave!

The condo was great. Just about everything was perfect. Windows were dirty. Street sounds very load and obnoxious at night. Wear earplugs. Closeness to everything is best feature. Rarely used the car. Parking a snap. Well worth the money.

Great location!!

My husband and two children stayed here last spring and had an amazing time!! The location is perfect for walking around downtown for shopping and eating out. There is even a park around the corner that our kids loved. The loft is very nice, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the kitchen and enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and patio! We will definitely be back!!

Great Condo Downtown

This is an excellent high end condo downtown. It is exceptionally well stocked and we had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner (including a hand blender!). The rooms are much bigger than they appear in the pictures, so we had a lot of space to spread out. We had a fabulous one month stay.

Downtown SLO

Loved the apartment. Location was great and terrible. Good being downtown until the weekend noise. The bar across the intersection, McCarthys, is extremely noisy 10pm - 2am on the weekends. Property host were very responsive and wanted to take care of as any needs we may have.

Nice Property

It was a good stay. Over three months maintenance was responsive but didn’t keep a precise schedule. On Thursday night you won’t get good sleep because of the noise. Other than those factors it is a very pleasant and safe stay.

Awesome Downtown SLO Location!!

We stayed here this past February. Great location for all the happenings in downtown SLO. We walked to the farmers market on a Thurday evening. Lots of fun!! Many great restaurants, shops, historical sightings to check out within walking distance. The beach is only about a 15 minute drive away. This place has an elavator and staircase from street level! Also has fast wifi, cable/ DVD in bedrooms and Den. Nice appliances too. We will be back!!! P.S. When I returned home I found out direct flights are available from San Francisco. We'll try that next time!!

Awesome Month in Downtown SLO

I came to spend a month with my son in SLO just before starting his second year at Cal Poly. This condo and everything about is was fantastic! Great space (luxurious really), thoughtful and convenient touches, super clean, great location, great host, great linens, plenty of towels, you name it! Even the neighbors were nice. There were a few tiny things I’d add here or there (like a few more things in the kitchen) but if I ever want to come to SLO for another month, this is the first listing I will check! I wish I could stay another month now! Thanks for everything!

Urban Living Winter 2024

The large, quiet, back patio is wonderful to enjoy reading, relaxing and taking in a little sun. The neighbors are friendly. We walked to the drug and grocery stores and to see the amazing Lyle Lovett at the Fremont. Walking home from the concert that night showcased downtown’s beauty with lights everywhere. The place is well stocked to meet your needs There is a high noise level in the front due to a construction project across the street (to be completed in 2025), a popular bar with a large outside area keeping patrons happy until 2:00 a.m; the street washer trucks that come several times a week as early as 4 a.m., and general traffic 24-hours a day. Fabulous Downtown Loft

We spent three months at the Marsh St Loft, and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is great, close to all the downtown shopping and restaurants. Parking passes are provided, and we never had a problem finding a spot. The loft was luxurious, tons of space, and filled with all the necessities. The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of extra bedding, blankets, and towels for days. The appliances were top notch. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the excitement below. The team at Haven Properties were exceptional, great communication, and prompt responses if we ever needed anything. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Great Downtown Loft

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic downtown loft! Being right downtown made going out to dinner, or just taking a walk down Higuera Street to window-shop easy and fun. Wineries, the beach, Cal Poly, all are within a stone's throw away. Thanks for renting your beautiful space for others to enjoy.

Stunning property

Perfect location, absolutely beautiful property! We spent the best summer ever at this gorgeous townhome! If you have the opportunity and are lucky enough to rent this you definitely should!! The property management company is friendly, accommodating and fabulous to work with!
