Nestled in a small beach tract neighborhood, just steps from the Pacific Coast Highway, this upscale single-story vacation rental offers luxurious accommodations for up to 6 guests, including visiting day guests.

Property Highlights:
Ideal Group Size: Perfect for groups of no more than eight people and three cars.
Dog-Friendly: We welcome your fur babies! Pet fees apply per dog, per day. Our property is close to Cayucos Dog Beach (a 3-minute drive or a 10-minute walk) where your dogs can run off-leash and have fun in the surf! Note that the beach directly in front of our home is not dog-friendly.
Upscale Accommodation: This single-story, pet-friendly vacation rental features three bedrooms and two baths, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people.
High-End Amenities: Cleanliness and customer service are our top priorities. We update our property annually based on guest feedback to ensure a fantastic stay.
Booking Information:
Summer Months and Holidays: 5-6-7 night minimum stay.
Fall, Winter, and Spring: 3-night minimum stay.
Check Your Booking: Double-check all details before you book, including the ideal time, number of guests, cars, and pets allowed.
Trip Insurance: We advise obtaining trip insurance, including a Cancel For Any Reason Insurance Policy. Insure Stays. This insurance covers 100% of covered trip cancellation and interruption reasons, and 60% of any trip cancellation reasons not listed in the policy.
Minimum Age: The booking host must be at least 27 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
