Additional sitting/sleeping: one twin pull-out mattress couch; two "day-bed couches"; one twin trundle bed; additional luxury style inflatable beds with bedding can be made up upon request. Large deck, Jacuzzi, private back yard. Comfortable beds for 13 guests and total for 13 people maximum.

The custom designed luxury residence features a classic open floor plan, two-story home with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an attached huge deck and garage. The four bedrooms feature cherry hardwood floors, 3 King, one Queen, and twin, fine bedding set (0ver 1000count). Three bathrooms with bathtubs, modern tile showers, dual sinks and wraparound mirrors.

A family room open kitchen, whole house A/C, ceiling fans, 75"TV, DVD players, high speed Wi-Fi and cherry hardwood floors.

A private hot tub for 7 people on the 1000 sqft back lanai (continuous Ozone cleaning). A new gas drill, outdoor dining for 6 people, and patios.

A large kitchen fully equipped lock with high-quality cookware, dinnerware and complete utensils, center cook top island . All new stainless steel appliances including side by side refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and wall oven.

Two dining rooms accommodate up 14 people inside, and plus outdoor dining for 6.

Primary bedrooms suite: Upstairs Cal king bed, A/C, TV, ceiling fan, private lanai and patios, couch, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

Second bedroom suite: upstair King bed, walk-in
closet, A/C, ceiling fan, couch, TV, and a private bathroom.

The third bedroom suite: downstair with a king bed, A/C, ceiling fan, private lanai with patios, walk-in closet, couch, a shared bathroom.

The fourth bedroom suite: downstair with a queen and twin bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, and a shared bathroom.

The 5th bed: upstair of sitting room (not private room) with two sleeping couches, ceiling fan and chair.

The 6th bed: downstair sitting room (not private room) with a pull out sleeping couches.

Additional sleeping in downstair living room (not private room) with two daybed couches. We also have airbeds for your as needed.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, snorkel gear sets, and coolers are provided
