Kai Nui is a stylish 2,800 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located within the Lanai Villas section of the beautiful Poipu Kai Resort Community that was just refreshed in 2022! Located perfectly for those looking to walk to the beach or all of the other Poipu Kai amenities. While you cannot see the ocean horizon, you can certainly hear the sounds of the crashing surf in the distance, bringing a peaceful tranquility to the ambiance throughout. This home is the perfect family retreat and perfect for couples and friends vacationing together as it offers some versatile bedding configurations, including a bonus sleeping area within one of the downstairs bedrooms that was converted from a outdoor lanai that is perfect for families with children.

The open aired living room has windows all around creating lots of natural light and allowing for breezes to blow through to help keep things cool. The kitchen is newly remodeled and will make your meal preparations a dream. Built for privacy, the master bedroom is located upstairs and the 2 guest rooms are located on the lower level, each with their own bathrooms. Recently installed Air Conditioning for each bedroom for your enjoyment.

A short walk to the greenbelt path will lead you The Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa and Keoniloa Bay while going in the opposite direction will lead you to Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park for some swimming, snorkeling and fun in the sun! 1 Cal King (master), 2 Kings, 1 full and 3 twins. Sleeps up to 10, inquire for details. AC is ONLY in bedrooms.

The accommodations were very nice and it was well stocked , however the WiFi didn't work and we had a person on the trip who was working from home , also the screens were broken so the house was filled with mosquitoes every night

We dont seem to have any record of the WiFi issue that you reported and no guests since have had an issue. The screens that were loose due to high winds has now been addressed as well and apologies again for the inconvenience this caused. Great stay with all of the family, plus grandma and aunt and uncle. We appreciated all of the extras that the owner provided. ie: shampoo, conditioner, etc. We had a great stay!!

Great Space

We loved our stay. The bedrooms on the porches are the best features as you can enjoy the night time air and stars while under your covers. Location was perfect, and we highly would recommend it.

Perfect location

Beautiful home, clean, and close to everything in Poipu Beach area. We were able to walk to the beaches every day. Quiet and well manicured neighborhood.

Wonderful family vacation

This house worked great for our family of 10 ranging from 6-72 in age. Much to do in area. Really appreciated availability of beach towels and toys and snorkeling equipment. Home has an open feel with lots of windows for views and air flow. Bedrooms very comfortable.

The location is great, we walked to the pool and beach everyday. The only thing I would caution is there is no AC in the shared spaces (this was noted in the listing description). It wasn't a problem for us, the weather was nice, and the fan's provided kept the area cool enough, but I don't know how I would have felt if we came in the middle of the summer or if the weather was very hot!

This was a beautiful home to spend our extended family vacation in. Perfect layout and the bunkbeds were great for the kids. Loved having access to extras like beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, sand toys, wagon for little kids, etc. The house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood and close to everything. The paved walking path to the pool and beach was great! Highly recommend this home and hope to stay again in the future!

The home is equipped with three bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms attached. House well stocked with kitchen appliances and dinnerware. We particularly appreciated the location, within walking distance to two beaches, even for the littles. Also available was a rolling wagon that accommodated beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys (again, all supplied by the owners). Finally, the communication was mostly good (we had AC issues that they responded to immediately), and gave reminders about when to put out garbage and check out. Check-out, by the way, was a short list .... we've stayed other places that require quite a list of to-dos! If we were to come back to this island, we would stay here again.

Beautiful location

The property and location were perfect for our family. The home was a perfect homebase to explore the Island. Walking distance to beaches. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. The bikes, towels and beach gear were so helpful. Kitchen was great and we BBQ’d every night. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay with family

Our family had three generations staying in this lovely, spacious house. Great for sunrises and sunsets on the balconies, cooking meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, dinner on the deck, and games inside. Short walks along the green belt to Brennecke’s and Poipu as well as Shipwreck Beach, with a nice assortment of beach gear available to borrow. Management was very helpful and responsive. It was a wonderful stay!

Kauai delight

The home was as advertised. Perfect for 3 adult couples. Home was centrally locate for all activities on the island, well stocked for cooking, and had beach accessories for an easy day at the beach. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!

Great Location

Kai Nui was a great location, walking distance to Shipwreck and Poipu beaches. The house is very spacious for our 2 families of 8 people. Lots of beach gear available with a wagon to bring them to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, but the kitchen table could use a few more chairs to accommodate more than 6 people. All the showers included shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was nice to have. We would definitely recommend this house to others.
