POOL HEAT-The private splash pool can be heated for an additional $55/day plus tax or $385/week plus tax. Pool heat is charged for the entire length of stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home; no weddings; no tents or canopies allowed on beach per HOA restrictions.
