Boasting luxury from top to bottom, our Destin, Florida vacation home will provide you with a memorable vacation time and time again. Looking to get away with a large group? Then The Brookie is the home for you. With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, as many as 16 beach-loving guests will enjoy every second of their stay here. Decorated in contemporary furnishings and outfitted with special touches including stainless steel kitchen appliances and three stories each with a private waterfront balcony, this home will have you feeling relaxed in no time. An outdoor gas grill calls for evening cookouts in the summertime. The luxe master bedroom, located on the third floor, has its own wet bar, balcony access, and spa-like en-suite bathroom. Who’s ready for their vacation? To make vacations here even sweeter, guests enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service during the season. The beach is your backyard, and a stretch of private shoreline awaits! In addition, guests in Frangista Beach will be able to enjoy the neighborhood’s community pool for some extra fun under the sun. The adjacent townhome Third Day is available for larger groups.

POOL HEAT (Available Oct-May)-The private splash pool can be heated for an additional $55/day plus tax or $385/week plus tax. Pool heat is charged for the entire length of stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home; no weddings; no tents or canopies allowed on beach per HOA restrictions.
