Guests have access to the entire 1200 sq ft condo, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the living and dining area. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the marina and heated pool, with direct stair access to the docks. Utilize the on-site amenities such as the heated pool, boat slip, tiki bar, BBQ grills, and free parking. A private elevator ensures easy access to the condo floor. You're also welcome to enjoy the adjacent park with tennis courts.

Key West is where the tropics meet southern charmāa vibrant island at the southernmost tip of the U.S., known for its colorful sunsets, quirky characters, rich history, and laid-back lifestyle. It's a place where roosters roam freely, everyone travels by bike or scooter, and every hour feels like happy hour. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters, the island is a haven for boating, fishing, snorkeling, and diving. But thereās just as much to explore on land: historic homes, world-famous landmarks like the Hemingway House and Southernmost Point, and lively streets filled with art, music, and culture. Despite being just 4 miles long, Key West is packed with over 200 restaurants and bars, from toes-in-the-sand beach bars to upscale waterfront dining. Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycleāeverything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really wonāt need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

š§ DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRILāMAY 2026)
Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).
During this time:
⢠The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable
⢠Construction will occur MondayāSaturday during daytime hours
⢠Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks
⢠Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina
This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.
By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.
ā° CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.

We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
š PARKING
Free on-site parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, including a golf cart rental.
š¤ DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)
Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.
š¤ AGE REQUIREMENT
All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
š“ TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER
Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key Westās climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals.
There is no in-person check-in required. Youāll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.

I am a native to the Chesapeake Bay area of Virginia and married a Florida native in 2017. Together, we have made both Florida and Virginia our homes, but currently reside in my native area of Virginia since 2020. We have no children but are proud aunts and uncles to our many niblings and have 3 fur babies (cats). We both enjoy being outdoors, spending time with our families, and traveling. Together with my sister, Jennifer, we host visitors of the Florida Keys at our family rental properties in Key West and Marathon. We have hosted over 2,000 nights so far and look forward to hosting many more.
