WELCOME TO CURACAO – YOUR WATERFRONT GETAWAY IN PELICAN LANDING
Located in the Pelican Landing condominium community, Curacao is a spacious, updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront condo that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 8—perfect for families or friends seeking room to relax in the heart of Key West.

🚤 DOCK ACCESS
Dock access is provided by the condominium association and is subject to availability, maintenance, and repairs. Please refer to the Dock Construction Notice for details regarding temporary dock closures and related amenity interruptions during scheduled construction periods.
Outside of scheduled construction periods, guests may enjoy a private boat slip with fresh water, power, a covered fish cleaning station, and access to a commercial ice maker on-site.

You'll have private access to the 2-bedroom condo, including the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom with two queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom. Relax in the spacious living areas and on the large balcony with harbor and pool views. Guests can also enjoy the heated pool, on-site boat slips (available at no extra charge), fish cleaning station, BBQ grills, and commercial ice machine. The property includes a private elevator for your convenience. Additionally, you'll have access to free parking on-site for one vehicle.

It's a place where roosters roam freely, everyone travels by bike or scooter, and every hour feels like happy hour. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters, the island is a haven for boating, fishing, snorkeling, and diving. But there’s just as much to explore on land: historic homes, world-famous landmarks like the Hemingway House and Southernmost Point, and lively streets filled with art, music, and culture. Despite being just 4 miles long, Key West is packed with over 200 restaurants and bars, from toes-in-the-sand beach bars to upscale waterfront dining. Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026)
Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).
During this time:
• The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable
• Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours
• Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks
• Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina
This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.
By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.
🐾 PETS
We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
🚗 PARKING
Free on-site parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, including a golf cart rental.
🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)
Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.
👤 AGE REQUIREMENT
All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER
Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals. There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.
