Experience your ideal home in Key West, where beautiful Atlantic beaches and the island breeze await. This elegantly appointed residence at the 1800 Atlantic Condominiums offers a serene escape with travertine flooring, plush wool carpets, and calming interiors featuring grass-cloth and stone countertops.

The spacious living room is perfect for gatherings, featuring inviting furnishings, a large LCD flat-screen TV, and stunning ocean views. The dining area seats six, and the bar accommodates four more, with easy access to the generous balcony, which also seats four for outdoor meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes new stainless-steel appliances and a pantry to conveniently stock up for your stay. The luxurious master bedroom has a king bed and a private en-suite with a Jacuzzi tub, while the guest bedroom also features a king bed and a bath nearby.

The complex includes a large pool, spa, and barbecue grills for your enjoyment. Plus, you’re just steps away from Smathers and Atlantic Beaches, with nearby nature trails and the vibrant Duval Street only a 10-minute bike ride away.

Elevator Upgrade project taking place from June - September 2026 - Please note there will still be one working elevator in both the East and West building while this project is underway.

The unit was really nice and plenty big for my family of 5. The view from the very large balcony of the grounds and water was perfect. The place felt very luxurious. Upon entering, the grounds are very nicely landscaped and pool is very large. The vibe out by the pool was pretty mellow, but nice. From the outside, the building was nothing special to look at, but once inside I can't say enough how great this place is. Easy parking in the garage. Location was good too. We have not stayed on this part of Key West, but were pleasantly surprised. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very nice and well kept and organized. Loved everything about the trip. Would suggest maybe more items in the kitchen for cooking and storing food but that would be my only complaint.

Impressive location and beautiful condo with perfect necessities! Beds are comfortable, enough seating for all activities and spacious! All the comforts of home, with an ocean view! Everyone in the building and pool area are so kind and friendly. Ubers arrive within minutes, it was a perfect getaway!

We are so disappointed you had this experience. Upon reviewing our maintenance log We were able to resolve your issues as soon as you reported them so I am glad our team were able to act promptly as soon as the issue was reported. The previous guest has left the carpet with stains and we did not want you to come in and see that. We had hired a professional to clean the carpets between the arrival and departure. In hindsight we should have just spot treated with the time given.

The property had a beautiful view! Very comfortable condo with everything needed to feel at home. Property management was accessible for any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was so nice. I can only recommend that when you check out please let the customer get back in so if you forgot something you can go back in without having to track someone down. At least a 30 to 45 minute courtesy time.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The refrigerator wasn’t working but they tried to inform us when we were in flight and we worked with property management to make it right. They were there to fix it as soon as the part was in. Great pool and beach access (walking). Comfortable for our family

April stay

Overall, we were very impressed with this property. The only thing I have to complain about is that in the guest bathroom that the shower worked but you could not take a bath if you wanted to the bath handle is broke otherwise everything went perfect.
