*It is advised to bring your own life jackets and/or safety/floatation devices for use in or around water.
*Community pools are not heated and are available seasonally.
*Guests will want to bring (if desired) their own volleyball, basketball, racket ball equipment if you chose to participate in these amenities which are available in the community.

Please note the sleeping arrangements include a bunk bed. Due to safety restrictions for bunk beds and to promote the best experience for our guests, the maximum number of adults allowed is 6.

Check in is anytime after 4:00 PM - This is the earliest we can promise to have the property available for your stay. We can occasionally accommodate early check-ins however, these are not guaranteed and must be pre-arranged with your host. If you need a guaranteed early check-in time, it is recommended to add the additional night before (if available) to your reservation. Please contact the host for a possible discounted rate.

Guests will have private access to the property via keyless entry. The unique access code will be sent just before the check-in date. Rental agreement must be signed before check-in instructions will be sent.

It is walking distance to Mama Tig's Pizza, The Meeting House, The Pantry, Welcome Center and seasonal pop-up shops, food trucks, golf cart/paddle board/kayak rentals, Residence Club pool, boat dock, swim beach and so much more. Carlton Landing is a family friendly community with most amenities within walking distance or a golf cart ride from our condo. Strollers and bikes are welcome too. For guests that prefer to rent a golf cart, this can be done via the local business that is conveniently located right next to our condo building. More information can be provided once booking is confirmed.

The town administration of Carlton Landing just recently passed new parking regulations which require all property owners and guests to register their vehicles. For confirmed reservations, guests will receive a link where you can register for parking. Please note this is free of charge and all guest vehicles staying during your reservation must be registered per new city regulations.
