The house features 2 Master Suites and Bunk Bedroom with living spaces both downstairs and up. With 3.5 baths, this cottage comfortably accommodates 9. Multiple Roku's, an Apple TV and Sonos speakers ensure you can relax watching your favorite teams, movies, or listen to your favorite playlists.

Spacious downstairs living opens to dining area & kitchen. Generously sized kitchen offers plenty of counter space and storage to enjoy cooking or hosting. A charcoal grill is provided for your convenience. Relax with your morning coffee on the spacious front porch.

Take in the best views of the boardwalk on the upstairs porch. Enjoy evening drinks on the back porch or by the private fire pit. With rear parking for 2 vehicles, this cottage is fit for a large party. This property has a Charcoal Grill for guests to use.

Latitude Adjustment has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals.
