Modern Farmhouse Retreat / Big Yard + Hot Tub!

Greetings!
I've been a Sacramento native for over 33 years and Christina is originally from southern CA. We moved away briefly to El Cerrito in the East Bay for employment. What stood out for us there was that the people there were exceptionally kind and considerate (not to say that El Cerrito was the only place with these people :)). Though we enjoyed it there, we've always known in our hearts that Sacramento was home. After a couple of years, we had an opportunity to move back to Sacramento so we took it. We decided to settle in Carmichael because we felt the same vibes like in El Cerrito, and it's a large enough property that we can grow into. Over the years, we've added many updates and personal design features that we love. We hope that you'll enjoy them too should you decide to stay with us!

• Spaces: 1 game area, 1 living room, 1 master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 laundry room, 1 kitchen, 1 garage
• Board games, outdoor games, and DVD player and DVDs
• Exercise area in the garage
• Furnished backyard with BBQ grill
• Quiet work space or nook
• Free Wi-Fi: lightning fast internet w/200 MB download speed
• Amazon Alexa: controls for select lighting, weather, news, and music

• Guests will have access to all areas of the property except:
1. Garage on the right side (Owner access only)
2. Garage driveway on the right side
3. Spa tub in backyard (currently out of service)

*** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ***
• No unauthorized parties or large gatherings of any kind are allowed;
• Hosts must be made aware of all visitors during guest’s stay;
• Please keep all eating and drinking activities outside of the bedrooms;
• No smoking inside of the property (additional cleaning fee will be enforce);
• No drugs or marijuana (legal/illegal) on the property;
• No pets are allowed;
• We have a professional pest control service every month.

The property is situated on over 1/3rd acre lot. On rare occasions, bugs, spiders, etc. may wander in. We've notice this during extreme heated months (mostly Summers).
