We had a great time at CAMP in August. The house was everything you need for a young family. The water was warm and we spent our days swimming, kayaking, and wading at the little beach. The porch was great for coffee, games, and boat watching. Inside, there were plenty of games, toys, and space to lounge.We didn't explore what was in the area to do, but we were not looking for that type of vacation! A nice retreat where everyone got to unwind and connect.

I traveled to this cabin with my two kids 10 and 8 years old. We had a blast! The cabin provided allot of things like dishes, bed linen’s, towels and more which took pressure off packing everything.We went kayaking fishing, and swimming in the lake. Grilled out on the deck with a spectacular view. Everything we needed for a fun time on the lake was there. Toasted smores at the fire pit played pool down stairs. The kids both loved taking a bubble bath in the large tub. The entire experience was great from check in to check out. Highly recommend for a summer adventure with the kids. Thank You Mary and Frank!

Host is so responsive and kind! Great place for our family of 3 adults and three little ones. The kids enjoyed swimming, canoeing, boards games, books, basketball, and making s'mores. Coming from greater Boston area. This was a nice distance with Canobie Lake Park stop on the way up and Story Land for a day trip balanced out with chill time at the cabin. We also found some great hiking nearby, orchards/farms, and a mini golf spot with ice cream. There aren't really any close restaurants, and we found it odd that the nearest one with pizza doesn't do takeout after 5pm, so just plan around that. Since we stopped at a theme park for several hours on the way up, we couldn't bring perishables, but I was very impressed by the convenience store 5 min away. We got cereal, waffles, s'mores stuff, Mac n cheese, frozen pizza and lasagna, etc. We also did an adults date night at a neighboring town about 35 min away that had a few good options, just have to plan for the extra drive.

Amazing location on the lake and such a beautiful home! So cozy and inviting, with gorgeous views and everything you need for cooking and playing outdoors. The owners were very responsive too

The cabin, property, and host were all amazing! Very clean cabin, great sleeping quarters, excellent kitchen. Incredibly responsive and kind host. I echo all of the accolades other reviewers have provided. My kids and I had a wonderful time!

Rustic cabin

Great cabin full of wonderful vintage items. Has everything we needed and in a beautiful , secluded lakeside location. We would stay there again.

Wonderful weekend

What a great location and beautiful home. We stayed here for a weeding near by and loved this home. Very quite and just as advertised.

Perfect Lakefront Getaway

We had a really nice stay! The lake is fantastic for swimming and kayaking, and the dock is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and the house has all the amenities you need for a great vacation on the lake. Highly recommend!

July on the Lake

Very clean house! Everything we needed was there. We used the water toys the pool table, and had a fire in the fire pit almost every night. It was all we needed for 5 adults and a 16 yr. old

Beautiful

Hideaway in this lakeside camp with a beautiful view of the lake. Very peaceful and quiet. The owner was very available for any questions or issues.

Amazing Retreat

My wife and 8 month old daughter stayed here for the weekend as a first family trip together. I have to say, this place was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Mary answered any questions we had and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Even Better than advertised

Paradise for parents and children. The house has great sports and water play toys. And for rainy days a very well equipped basement play room including a pool table and table hockey. Loved the canoe with life jackets. The float made a terrific goal for beginning swimmers We’re anxious to return!

Lovely location and owner

My family and I had a very relaxing stay at Mary's cabin. The lake is beautiful and right there! The cabin had all the amenities we needed (and then some). Mary was very responsive and caring. Thank you, Mary!

Exceptional stay!

We were amazed by the cabin when we first got there. It’s even more beautiful in person! We couldn’t believe that there was everything that we could possibly need there! They provide everything! We LOVED looking at all of the different antiques throughout the home. The lake was beautiful and our family had so much much kayaking and canoeing. We will be back for sure! Also all beds were so comfortable

Wonderful time

We don't rent homes much, but this places was absolutely charming. Was like walking into an antique store, but not overcrowded. Lots of space for people to sleep. Great kitchen, and OMG the DECK!!! What a view! We plan/hope to come back next summer. Thank you Mary!

Rustic Cabin

This cabin was adorable with lots of antiques and art work by Mary. We had a great time although the weather did not cooperate. We used the kayaks and ventured onto the lake which was quiet and serene. The cabin has everything you need and then some. Thanks for sharing your home!

We had a GREAT time! Everything we could have needed was there. Check-in was super easy. My four year old loved everything from the kids room in the basement to the shallow, sandy lake. It was a bit harder for the younger one who just recently started walking, but we figured it out with a baby gate that was provided and getting a bit creative with other obstacles for her. The house is absolutely gorgeous and all the old trinkets and gadgets were so cool!! We had a beautiful week weather-wise too, which made it even better! Thank you so much for letting us stay and experience your wonderful home!

Relaxing girls weekend!

My friends and I were looking for a nice relaxing, kid free weekend. We got exactly that. It was so peaceful. Sitting on the back deck over looking the water, watching the morning sun gleam off the water all the way to watching the beautiful sunsets. Everything was just so relaxing!!! I highly recommend staying here for complete peace!!

Homey with All the Amenities

We enjoyed everything about this cabin on the lake. Lacked for nothing. Cozy and homey. The decor made us feel at home, and on vacation at the same time. Mary is a wonderful host. Available and willing to answer any questions you might have. Oh! The lake - OUTSTANDING

cabin on Belleau Lake

The cabin was amazing, very comfortable and so interesting with all the antiques..love it! The lake was gorgeous, unfortunately the weather was terrible, cold and rainy all week!! We made the best of it and thank goodness the lake was warm so the kids still enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and rides in the canoe!! Beautiful place, loved the porch overlooking the lake, sat and watched the hummingbirds come to the feeder, great fire pit, beautiful pool table, game room and more!! If the weather was better it would have been a perfect vacation!

We just went up last week and stayed here with our neighbors and total of 4 kids ages 5-15. Could not have asked for a better vacation between swimming, fishing relaxing etc. KIDS BARELY ON THEIR PHONES/IPAD!!!! lol. perfect house to stay on a lake and just enjoy our time. Highly recommend.

So comfortable and relaxing!

We loved our stay at this spacious, comfortable, and interesting cabin. The porch was our favorite place to relax, read, and look out at the lake. The hammock and the little rocker right next to the lake are also pretty great! Inside, the whole house is a curated work of art, with fascinating antique pieces, lovely original paintings, and delightful curios in every room. Comfortable beds, fabulously comfy recliners, a kitchen stocked with everything you might need … we can’t wait to return. Next time we might do some kayaking, but this time we just hung out and soaked in the restful atmosphere that we had hoped to find, and did.
