Need a place for your family to land when visiting Utah? Maybe coming for a wedding, a ski trip, a family reunion, etc, and want to have a private space to land. Or coming to Utah to visit the beautiful mountains, shopping and entertainment? This home is it! Recently renovated! Located just minutes off I-15 at the Draper exit, this location makes it easy to head north to Salt Lake or South towards Provo. Your family pet is welcome, and the yard includes a large gated pet area! A sprawling yard with a play set and grass for games and fun, and a deck for patio lounging. Yard also features a small waterfall and pond that runs in all seasons except winter. Home is just minutes from the Jordan River bike trail. It's 2 blocks from a Neighborhood Walmart, for quick food runs. One block from a beautiful city park with multiple playgrounds, splash pad, skate park, and courts! Owner resides next door and is happy to help accommodate any needs to come up during your stay. Warm cookies and fresh eggs delivered one time during your stay! Private driveway with lots of parking. Backyard is shared with the owner's backyard. Owner's basketball/pickleball court available to you per your request. This home also offers many rentals that you might need while visiting Utah: camping chairs, tents, scooters, balls, etc. We would love to host you and your family at our "Family/Pet Friendly Happy Place." We offer a discount for month long stays and week long stays!

Great location

This location is perfect for a stay close to SLC without being in the city. This location offers lots of amenities and a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were super helpful and available when needed.

Already our second time staying 3 weeks in this great house! We come to Utah for hiking in the mountains, shopping, dining out and relaxing. This is a perfect place for all the above, close to everything yet far away from traffic etc. Very nice, friendly and quiet neighborhood and our host Monica is in another house just around the corner if we need her! We love this place and hope to be back yet again next year! Veronica and Johan from Finland, Europe.

Love this house and the owners

This house was amazing. Very clean, lots of room and comfortable beds. This place is dog friendly. The owners dropped off Crumble brand cookies for us to enjoy and fresh eggs. We had a great time and highly recommended this house

Fantastic property

Monica was very attentive to our needs. Nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely a 5 star rating. We will be staying there again! The back yard has a nice fenced yard for dogs.

FUN FAMILY LOCATION

Perfect place for families. Lots to do and great park just few blocks down. Nice big backyard, relaxing, Monica was very friendly and accommodating. Only wish there was at least a half bathroom, as there is only one, upstairs, a jack and Jill bathroom. But will still go back there:). Oh yes, fresh eggs and a gift of delicious cookies! And beds are super comfy !

We had a weekend full of events for Our daughter’s wedding. Very very accommodating! Great service and clean. It was central in all directions and quick access to the freeway. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!!! Thank you!!!!

Early Spring Break Skiing with my Pups!

The home is very cozy in a quiet neighborhood. The host is conscientious and thoughtful following up regularly with me during my stay to make sure my needs were met and then some! The yard was secured and plenty of room for my dogs get out some exercise especially the day it rained as the dog park would have been muddy. Family’s with kids could certainly make use of the space with an fully finished and furnished open basement area. We had a great stay!

3 Great Weeks in Riverton!

Very nice and roomy house in quiet neighbourhood with a large and sunny garden. Beautiful view of the mountains in the east and short distances to restaurants and shops. The house is much better equipped with soap and amenities in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen compared to other houses where we have stayed in the U.S.A. Our host Monica is very helpful and kind and made us feel at home right away and it was easy to stay in touch with her! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to SLC! Great deal

For the price it is a fantastic, super clean, comfortable and spacious stay. No complaints whatsoever. Owner was accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Beds, bedding, pillows were comfy-and I’m picky. Shower water pressure was excellent, lots of hot water for 6 adults. Plenty of room to spread out up or down stairs. Easy location to get to town, highway or Alta/Snowbird..even Park city isn’t that far. Owner is A+.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and stocked and in a safe neighborhood. The host was absolutely incredible! There was a large storm while we stayed and a tree blew over, but they had so many people over in an instant and had it fully cleaned up within a couple hours. They were so kind, helpful and incredibly accommodating. The little extra touches like farm fresh eggs, and cookies left for us made this place so fun and a standout rental. So grateful they allowed our fur babies and had a nice fenced off area for them. We 100% would stay again!

We have only amazing things to say about our stay at Monica's in Riverton, UT. The house itself was great - tons of space, new appliances, comfortable beds, and fully stocked kitchen/bathroom. It truly had everything we needed. The house is close to a ton of different restaurants / shopping centers and the convenience to the mountains is unmatched. Monica was BEYOND kind and helpful, checking in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Her and her family even put up a fence for our dog to run around in the backyard. Could not recommend more!

Best place to stay to ski snowbird

Great place. A lot of places that allow pets, are not so clean. Not the case here. The house is CLEAN, open concept, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, towels, extra pillows, blankets, soap….. they thought of it all. Best beds, so comfortable, great back yard space for kids and pups. The owner brought us fresh eggs from their chickens and cookies too. We had a great stay and the owner Monica was beyond welcoming!!! We will be back again! 30 minutes to Snowbird!!!

Property owners exceeded expectations!!!

Very great stay with a great house during a difficult time. We came for my mother's funeral and the owner's allowed us to check in early and to leave our luggage early while we went to pick up the rest of our family at the airport. They left cookies for us out of kindness during this difficult time. They had chickens in the back yard and left eggs in the refrigerator! Our grandchildren loved staying there and especially feeding the chickens and playing on their slip and slide and there was also a trampoline available as well. Overall this VRBO property exceeded our expectations and we would happily stay there again!!!!

This location is conveniently located to access Utah County and SL County and ski resorts equally, and it is very close to I-15. It's a wonderful area and a very comfortable cozy interior!
